I've paired the Perennial Postage with the Painted Lavender Bundle. This suite is simply gorgeous.This card features a lot of fun details from embossing, vellum, designer paper to die cutting. I made a batch of these to send out to my customers in January as a thank you for their continued support. What I love most about the Perennial Postage stamp set is it will pair nicely with any stamp set in my stash. • Ink the stamp from Wrapped in Warmth Stamp Set in Crumb Cake and stamp onto the card base towards the bottom.
• Zip the Garden Green card stock through the Big Shot with the Cable Knit Embossing Folder.
• Add a couple different patterns of Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper.
• Add some Warmth & Cheer Designer Washi Tape, 5/8 Burlap Ribbon and Baker’s Twine Trio to the card base.
• Ink the stamp from Wrapped in Warmth Stamp Set in Cherry Cobbler Ink and stamp onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. Zip the stamped image through the Big Shot with the Ovals Framelits die cutting it out.
• Metallic Shapes are the perfect little accent to finish off the card.

Rubber Redneck Quick Shots:

• Zip the Mossy Meadow card stock through the Big Shot with the your choice of Embossing Folder. I used the retired Fancy Fan Embossing Folder.
• Stamp the images from Flowering Fields Stamp Set in Jet Black Stazon onto Watercolor Paper. Color the images in using a Blender Pen and the following inks: Mossy Meadow, Blackberry Bliss, Delightful Dijon, Crushed Curry.

Tip~ Jet Black Stazon is the perfect ink for water coloring it will not smear or bleed.

• Take the stamp from Rose Wonder Stamp Set ink it in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and stamp onto the Watercolor Paper.
• Tie a piece of Linen Thread around the layers.
• Add some Jewels Basic Pearls for a perfect touch of accent.

I made this for a special someone. A fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrator's daughter was diagnosed with stage IV  Breast Cancer. Unfortunately this is the second time for her. I was so sad to hear this news having family member's myself go through it I know how bad it can be; so I whipped up a care package along with the card above to just try to brighten her day a little. Here is the care package in case someone wants an idea if you need to send someone something. I decorated each item with little tags and words of encouragement.

Chemo is such nasty stuff to go through. Everyone is effected by it differently too. One thing with my family members they were always thirsty so I thought a spill proof water bottle was a good idea. Unscented hand lotion, antibacterial gel and chap stick is another good gift. Some people get an awful nasty metallic taste and hard candies like lemon drops help. Kleenex's are a good thing to have on hand for the trip home. Then of course it can get insanely boring so a puzzle book is another great idea too!!

I wanted the box to be cheerful so I added some Wildflower Designer Series Paper to the inside flaps. The card will be tucked inside. I hope this brightens her day some.

I am so excited for the fun to start!! We have a great group of talented stampers for this hop!! If you are following the hop in order you just arrived from Debra's Blog where she showed you all something fabulous! We are featuring the Number of Years Photopolymer Stamp Set item #140653 (pg. 11) from the Occasions catalog. This is s a gorgeous and fun set! It also has a framelit that goes with it to; to die cut out the numbers.

I've used this set quite a bit and if you visit my blog you've seen some of my other creations. I've used it to create cards, scrapbook gifts and have used it to create pocket cards for my project life. It's one of the most versatile sets I own! It creates watercolor images that are just gorgeous! I created this card in a different color palette for me. I used Pink Pirouette, Calypso Coral, Smoky Slate and Basic Gray. I love the little flowers in this set as much as the numbers. I did all kinds of fun things to this card from embossing to sponging. Pretty Jewel Basic Pearls adds a soft look to the card. See the vellum I added this to tone down a pattern on a piece of Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper.

* Ink the Hardwood Background Stamp in Early Espresso Ink and stamp onto the Early Espresso card stock.

* Zip the Cajun Craze card stock through the Big Shot with the Arrows Embossing Folder.

* Stamp the images from Cheer All Year Stamp Set and cut out the feathers by hand. Punch out the acorn with the Acorn Builder Punch. Another fun new toy from the upcoming Holiday catalog!!

* Add a Into the Woods Element to the top of the acorn. These are AWESOME!!!!
