Before I jump into today's blog post I have a couple of quick updates to share with you. Our house officially became haunted with a "Ghost" this past week!! Meet our new puppy Ghost!

He is a Silver Lab and turned 8 weeks yesterday we decided to keep is given name since we got him in October. His name fits him too one minute he is there then next gone like a ghost. lol If you follow me on Instagram we sadly lost our 13 year old black lab Gizmo this past April. I can honestly say loosing a pet during the lock down absolutely sucked. Also during this pandemic we learned it's not easy to find a puppy. Holy monkey it took us 7 months to finally find this little guy here! He is definitely keeping me busy which leads me to my next announcement. I am having to relearn how to balance work time with a puppy. OMG I forgot how challenging that is. ROFL So I am extending the giveaway I posted the other day!! Fangtastic News!! Paper Pumpkin: Adorning Arrows

This blog post is a catch up one ;) Did you see the Paper Pumpkin Kit Adorning Arrows? This was January 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit and it was super adorable! I loved those little arrows they are so cute and fun! I put this baby together to use this year for the kid's valentine gifts :) Is your's not assembled yet? This kit would work really good for wedding or how fun to put together and leave little gifts around the house for the family letting them know you love them! Or you can give these to friends, co-workers and etc.

Here are mine assembled. I did change one thing I used my Tuxedo Black Memento Ink  to stamp the greeting in. I liked having the Happy Valentines stamped in black. I can never follow directions to a "T " I like blazing my own path! lol The kids loved them! Some of the things I put in the gift bag varied from kid to kid because of ages. I put fruit snacks, bubbles, small fidget spinners, stickers and candy inside them.

Paper Pumpkin; Pocketful of Cheer CRU #158 + More

Good afternoon my peeps! Been extremely busy here between family & friends coming home, wrapping up the year with the Old Stampin' Up! Catalog and getting ready for the New Stampin' Up! Catalog!! Thus why I've been missing in action here on my blog.

I've been working around the clock on so much fun stuff and not so fun stuff. One thing this year with me getting the new window's 10 all my files for some reason got messed up. Sigh So that has meant all my check lists, pdf's, ribbon guides, paper samples, customer bookmarks and etc. for the new catalog are not laid out right causing me to have to basically re-due EVERYTHING. I've also been working on getting classes planned out for the next year! I love planning out classes but a lot goes on behind the scenes with my on-line classes that you don't normally see.They are a LOT of work; but I don't mind because I love to teach and I love what I do!! This is what my counters look like when I start planning.

I am also the proud owner of 5 planners too :) to keep us organized and on track! So I have not abandon you all it's just been really insane for me this year. Be pre-paired I have a LOT of AWESOME classes planned with the launch of the new catalog. Have I said how much I love this catalog and I know you will too!!

Updates:

• Catalogs have arrived!! I am currently cutting and creating all the goodies that will be going out with your catalogs this year as a thank you gift to all of you who have supported me this past year! I will let you all know when they will be available for pick up or mailed out to those that have either qualified for a catalog or paid for one.
• Yes I will be offering shares for the new catalog too! Details are coming too so be on the look out for that blog post and email.
• Club members your projects for May are going out in the mail by Friday. Projects will be posted on the class site by Tuesday at the latest.
• Packages will be mailed out over the course of next week here to club members, customers and down-line. If you are one of these people you will be emailed when your package is shipping.

Paper Pumpkin Questions and Answers

Some of you have emailed me several questions about Paper Pumpkin so I thought I would answer them here too just in case anyone else was wondering.

1. Is there something special about the blue box in the picture I posted yesterday? A) At this time I don't know. We have not been informed if there is or not. For example it could be like the October kit where the box was pink that stood for breast cancer awareness. Stampin' Up! donated $ from the kits that month to breast cancer research. So the box could just be blue to celebrate it's anniversary. It's a surprise every month and personally that's what I like about it. It's like Christmas no idea what's in the box! I really am excited for it to arrive everyone month.
2. How do I get the blue paper pumpkin box? A.) You would need to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin before March 10, 2016 to receive that box. You can just try one month.
3. If I really like it how can I use the discount for sale-a-bration won't that be over? A.) The Paper Pumpkin Kit's ship around the 15th of the month. It could be close as far as having enough time to take advantage of the Sale-A-Bration Promotion Sale. I personally really love it if I didn't like the kits I would not be spending the money on them. You may get a kit your not crazy about, but keep in mind not everyone's tastes are the same. I really do think Stampin' Up! has tried to mix the kits up. The 3 month subscription in my opinion is the better option to try it out; then you have 3 months to judge instead of maybe getting one kit your not crazy about.
4. What is your Paper Pumpkin Pick-up Class all about? A.) I use only the stamp set that comes in the kit and the color scheme for that kit. I create 8 different samples using that stamp set so you can get more ideas on using the stamp set. If you subscribe to Paper Pumpkin through me you get the Paper Pumpkin Pick-up Class for FREE!! A special perk for my paper pumpkin customers!!
5. Do you have other past Paper Pumpkin Pick-up Classes available? A.) Yes I do however I am in the process of fixing all the PDF's. Something happened to the PDF's and there is a total of 64 PDF's so it's taking me awhile to do this. lol Once I am done fixing them I will have a page on my blog for all the past Paper Pumpkin Pick-up Online Classes.

Paper Pumpkin; Hello Sunshine CRU #153 + Giveaway

Update: Good am my peeps! Been extremely busy here thus why missing in action. Our house showing went well but it pretty much exhausted us both and put us behind in our work getting ready for it. Project Life; Number of Years Pocket Card

Hey peeps back with another post! The funny thing is today I am sharing my February 19 pocket card from 2015 on February 19. I couldn't have planned that even if I tried. lol Last year on this date it was -27 below. This year were at 36 above and raining heavy. GOODBYE SNOW :)

Every Friday I will be hosting the Scrapbook Saddle Up with y'all!! It will feature a scrapbook layout to a scrapbooking album ideas along with tips, techniques and etc!! I am sharing another part of my daily project life journal 2015. I shared a sneak peek of this project in my Occasions Catalog Idea's Video Part 1 Blog Post HERE. This project uses the Number of Years Bundle item #140811 from the Occasions Catalog (pg. 11). By purchasing the bundle you can save 15%. I also used Paper Pumpkin Stamp Set from One Great Year.

Rubber Redneck Quick Shots:

• I created a custom pocket card by cutting Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White card stock. I drew lines onto the Whisper White card stock creating journal lines.

Tip~ Take a ruler and pencil and draw lines across your card stock to create lines for writing.

• Take the stamp from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink it in Lost Lagoon and stamp onto Whisper White card stock. Zip the numbers through the Big Shot with the Large Number Framelits. Attach across the top of the Whisper White card stock with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Ink the stamp from Paper Pumpkin One Great Year in Crumb Cake and stamp onto Whisper White card stock. Zip through the Big Shot with the Large Number Framelits. Attach the banner across the numbers with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Take the stamp from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink it in So Saffron and stamp onto the bottom of the Whisper White card stock.

Tip~ Balance out your pocket card by adding a stamped image at the end of the card.

• Add some Subtle Candy Dots onto each end of the banner. Add your writing to the card I used the Cherry Cobbler Marker.

This kit is pretty cute along with the stamp set. Perfect for Valentine's Day! I really like the stamp set in this kit and will be using in my Project Life for more than just Valentine's Day! Look at all those goodies!!

Hubby was having a stressful day the other day; so I whipped this baby up in a matter of minutes and gave it to him. Made it all better :) Thank You Paper Pumpkin! lol How cute are these pouches?? I also have just enough for all the nieces and nephews too! December's Paper Pumpkin: One Great Year
