Family Gifts: New Years Recovery Kit
Back with another fun family gift! This is another gift we created for our family members and is part of the "Year Gift" we made. Wouldn't be New Years without a recovery kit! lol This was fun to make and I got some great pictures of the kids sent to me playing with this kit. I was happy that these where such a hit!
First I created the recovery kit part. The mask I cut out of Basic Black card stock using my Silhouette and then I stapled elastic to it. Then I put Tic Tacs and Ear Plugs into little baggies. I printed out my little New Year's Recovery Kit List that we came up with onto Whisper White card stock and then I glued it to a piece of Basic Black card stock.
To hold it all together I used one of our Gold Binder Clips! I love these things and use them a lot.
Apparently I live under a rock I didn't know you could buy small bottles of water. Snort I picked these up at Target I thought they were cute! I simple decorated them with package ribbon in black and gold easy peasy. Then I decorated a Kraft Tag A Bag Gift Bags. I designed a printable to print out onto Whisper White card stock. I used the retired stamp sets It's a Celebration and Ting of Tags. I stamped in Crushed Curry and Smoky Slate Ink. Behind the whisper White card stock I added a piece of Fabulous Foil Acetate. I attached to the gift bag with some Everyday Chic Washi Tape. Then finished with some Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
