Day 5
Baby it's cold outside.....
December is usually cold here so what better way to stay warm but with Hot Chocolate and the adults got something to give their hot chocolate a little zip. lol The container was from Hobby Lobby and these things ROCK to hold little goodies in! These would make a great gift for coworkers, neighbors, and friends too!
In the Hot Chocolate Box
2 mugs mainly those where for the adults
Really fun stir sticks and straws in Christmas colors found these at hobby lobby
Peppermint sticks found these at Target
Hot Chocolate Packets (you can buy these in the bulk and it will save you some $$)
1 mini alcohol bottle most liqueur stores sell these and their perfect for little gifts
I of course made a little box to hold the hot chocolate packets. It uses the retired stamp set Candy Cane Lane. Isn't this fun! I will be sharing how to make this box in January sometime so be sure to stop back. Supper easy to make!
This is the card we made to slide into the gift. Uses the retired Candy Cane Lane and 25 Days stamp sets.
One tag design for the outside of the gift. I used the 25 Days Stamp Set and the Outdoor Adventure Framelits to create this.
Here is the other set of tags. I was trying to use up scraps and stuff from my stash of goodies. This also used the 25 Days and the Outdoor Adventure Framelits.
Right now the Outdoor Adventure Framelits are in the clearance rack at a discount!!!
Day 6
Sense hubby and I have been dubbed elves we wanted to include some elves in the gift some how. This is what we found.
Ha Ha aren't these AWESOME! We both saw them right away and busted out laughing. Got them at Hobby Lobby too.
One of the cards we made to go in the gift. This one uses the Number of Years and retired Stitched with Cheer Stamp Set.
Another card this one uses 25 Days and Retired Stitched with Cheer Stamp Set.
Gift tags created with the Number of Years Stamp Set and retired Stitched with Cheer Stamp Set used up some more scraps!
We also found these cute bags that went with the elves. lol That gift was a lot of fun to put together.
