• Take the stamp from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink it in Old Olive and stamp onto the Old Olive card stock in the bottom right corner.
• Add a beautiful piece of English Garden Designer Series Paper.
• Take the stamps from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink them in Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Rose Red and Blushing Bride. Stamp onto a piece of Whisper White card stock to create the gorgeous flower setting.

• I added a piece of Linen Thread and Metallic Foil Doilies (Gold) to the center.
• I took the stamps from Number of Years Stamp Set; inked them in Meadow and Daffodil Delight. I stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock.
• To finish the card I added some Pearl Basic Jewels and a Regals Candy Dot perfect accents for any project!

 

On the inside I just added a piece of English Garden Designer Series Paper.

December Daily; Day 21- 22

I will be sharing Day 21-22 this was REALLY crunch days for us if I was going to get all gifts done to mail in time. lol Lots of gifts left to be made and wrapping. Oh my the wrapping!

Day 21:Spent the morning going over my check list for what gifts were left to do. Then worked all morning finishing up those gifts. We hauled everything out of the craft room out to the dinning room to layout and start wrapping and packaging. The funny part I just got the club hostess gifts all wrapped and my mother showed up. We didn't know she was coming over and she is in one of my hostess clubs. So mom you almost blew the surprise. (There were many close calls this year for people seeing gifts.) Haha Dh and I got a pretty good laugh out of it.

As we got things done they got checked off so I included that in my layout on this page. I used all the items from Project Life Hello December 2015 Bundle. Our family tradition is to create some of our gifts since I love to create and handmade gifts to me mean a lot more. (Some times this stress dh out and he thinks I am CRAZY).

Every year our tradition is to make something special for our nieces, nephews and cousin's kids. I had a great Aunt who always did special things for us kids and it is one of my fondest memories of what cool thing did she make up. I want to pass that on to our peeps. We are the favorite ;) This year I wanted to make stockings; so on Dec. 21 at 4pm at night what are we doing cutting stockings out for the kids. We had about 30 to make too. ROFL

This layout I just added pictures then decorated one picture with the Project Life Hello December 2015 Accessories Pack. Pretty simple. My husband dose think I am crazy but he always helps. lol So he got the best husband award this year.

Here is one batch of stockings cut out waiting to be pinned and sewed together. Gonna be so cute right? Another VERY late night. My top card I decorated using the accessories from Project Life Hello December 2015. I used the stamp from Project Life Hello December 2015 Stamp Set; inked it in Lost Lagoon and stamped on the bottom right corner. I took the stamps from Holly Jolly Greetings Stamp Set; inked them in Real Red, and Basic Gray and stamped randomly onto the card.

Day 22: (BAD DAY HERE.) Up at 5am; only time for a little coffee. Oh elves where are my Christmas Photo Cards??? Lost somewhere over Michigan. EEKKKKK We spent a good part of the day trying to sew the stockings. One after another major mistakes were made; from sewing them wrong side out, to missing the edges and etc.  Only 1 turned out; seriously not kidding. So they were a huge BUST but boy was that interesting lol (note to self: when doing this large of project make sure you have plenty of sleep the night before and drink LOTS of coffee). Dh got the tree up finally!! Never been so late in my life with anything. lol I'll be honest at this point we ready to say to heck with no tree or decorations; but we were hosting Christmas this year and we didn't want to disappoint the kids. The things you do for the kids to make the day special!!!

I thought it was important to document the one stocking and getting the tree up finally just because of the humor of the situation. I kept this simple too. I just used the Project Life Hello December 2015 Bundle.

Tick Tock Tick Tock now what do we do for the kids??? 2 Days before Christmas. EEKK Gonna have to sleep on it.

Today I am sharing another Christmas Gift I made for close friends. I shared a sneak peek the other day in my Daily December Blog Post HERE. I had a lot of fun creating this gift for my friends! Thanks to my brother in-law the idea about cards sparked another idea for me. I made a batch of note cards to give this year. Tip: Create a batch of simple cards by creating the layout all the same.

• Take the stamp from Work of Art Stamp Set onto your Whisper White card stock in the colors you choose. I used Lost Lagoon, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral.
•  I rotated out the greetings by using the stamp from Work of Art Stamp Set and the stamps from Tin of Cards Stamp Set.
• Add some Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish them.

Tip: Figure out how many you want to create and cut ahead for that many. When you go to stamp then you can stamp all of them in the one color at once.

Pretty Packaging Made Simple

• I cut a piece of Holidays Fancy Foil Designer Vellum to wrap around the card set. This is retired now it was in our Holiday Catalog.
• To dress it up even more I added some 1/8 Stripped Ribbon around the cards. This is retired now it was in our Holiday Catalog.
• I stamped the Merry Christmas from Lots of Joy Stamp Set in Real Red onto Whisper White card stock. I punched it out using the Decorative Label Punch.
• I stamped the tree from Loft of Joy Stamp Set in Garden Green onto Whisper White card stock and punched it out using the Tree Punch. I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to finish.
  

Tip: You can easily take this idea and change items out for any time of the year! Or if you have those retired items you can get a jump start on your Christmas Gifts for next year. I usually do and store them in a tote.

I finished my gift off by creating bags out of some very OLD wrapping from Stampin' Up! many years ago. lol This stuff worked awesome for making bags. I slid the cards in and decorated the front with that gorgeous Holiday Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and candy canes.  I stamped Merry Christmas from Lots of Joy Stamp Set. I also created a little note card as well. This was a big hit with everyone!

• Take the stamp from Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set; ink it in Crumb Cake and stamp onto the Whisper White card stock.
• Punch out the Kraft card stock with the 2 1/2" Circle Punch. Take the stamp from Bloomin' Love Stamp Set; ink it in VersaMark and stamp randomly over the Kraft circle. Pour Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder over the image and heat set with the Heat Tool.
  
• Take the stamp from Suite Sayings Stamp Set; ink it in VersaMark and stamp onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. Pour Silver Embossing Powder over the image and heat set with the Heat Tool. Punch out the image with the Decorative Label Punch.
• Finish the front off with Silver Metallic Thread, Iced Rhinestone Embellishment, and Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

On the inside add a piece of Shine On Specialty Designer Series Paper across the bottom.

• I created a custom pocket card by cutting Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White card stock. I drew lines onto the Whisper White card stock creating journal lines.

Tip~ Take a ruler and pencil and draw lines across your card stock to create lines for writing.

• Take the stamp from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink it in Lost Lagoon and stamp onto Whisper White card stock. Zip the numbers through the Big Shot with the Large Number Framelits. Attach across the top of the Whisper White card stock with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Ink the stamp from Paper Pumpkin One Great Year in Crumb Cake and stamp onto Whisper White card stock. Zip through the Big Shot with the Large Number Framelits. Attach the banner across the numbers with Stampin' Dimensionals.
• Take the stamp from Number of Years Stamp Set; ink it in So Saffron and stamp onto the bottom of the Whisper White card stock.

Tip~ Balance out your pocket card by adding a stamped image at the end of the card.

• Add some Subtle Candy Dots onto each end of the banner. Add your writing to the card I used the Cherry Cobbler Marker.

Rubber Redneck Quick Shots:

• I add a piece of 2014-2016 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack across the bottom of the card base. These colors will be retiring this year. Sale-A-Bration is the perfect time to stalk up on them!!!
• Zip a piece of Perfect Plum card stock through the Big Shot with the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.
• Take the stamp from You've Got This Stamp Set; ink it in Tuxedo Black and stamp onto Whisper White card stock.
• Color the image in using the 2014-2016 In Color Markers and Regal and Subtles Markers.
• Wisteria Wonder 1/2 Seam Binding adds a soft look to the card.
• Take the stamp from You've Got This Stamp Set; ink it in Perfect Plum and stamp onto a  piece of Whisper White card stock. Punch out the image with the 1 3/8 Circle Punch.
• Add some Subtles Candy Dots to finish off the card.

Welcome to another The Stamp Review Crew Hop!! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who will be bringing you lots of ideas for one particular stamp set twice a month!! The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, you can hop along from one blog to the next gathering all kinds of inspiration for one Stampin' Up! stamp set. This hop is a little different from the normal; we are all featuring a different Sale-A-Bration item from the Sale-A-Bration Mini Catalog. I so excited for the fun to start!! We have a great group of talented stampers for this hop!! If you are following the hop in order you just arrived from Wendy's Blog where she showed you all something fabulous!

They were such a huge hit that I had requests in October wanting to know if I could make a calendar again for the new year. lol  I used the Flowering Fields Stamp Set; this set is so fun and beautiful! I also used the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper which is a FAVORITE of mine just my colors!

Here is a close up look. See the cute little Bow Paper Clip? These are in the Occasions Catalog and they are stink-in cute! They were a hit too this year everyone loved them!

December Daily; Day 19-20

Happy Friday Peeps!

I will be sharing Day 19-20. LOT going on leading up to Christmas for us! Lots of gifts left to be made and wrapping. Oh my the wrapping!

Day 19: Like everyone else at that time of the year it's crunch time! lol I got to unpack my pre-order that showed up the day before!! Had to take a picture of my new goodies!

For the Day 19 filler card on the left I also used the Oh What Fun Tag Project Kit and Snowflake Elements from the (Holiday Catalog) to decorate it. On the Day 19 card I took the stamp from Project Life Hello December 2015; inked in Lost Lagoon and stamped the snowflakes randomly. I added my journaling using the Project Life Journal Pens. We got a few Christmas cards that day too! I did something fun for the Brothers and Sister in-laws this year. I created a Date Night Box for each of them. With the daily grind, kids and etc. it's important to take time for you and your spouse.

To decorate this layout I kept it simple; I used the Project Life Hello December 2015 Bundle. I cut one of the tags in half and added it to the picture to capture the fun of creating this gift. I normally would have had my entire idea thought out and organized at least 6 months before. But at last 2015 was not a normal year for us. :) I had a blast creating this but when I started I realized we need some more items to fill in. lol Oh boy what do you do when you live in a small town and it's 6 Days before Christmas? Check out Pinterest of course. lol Which was a AWESOME idea!! I found a quiz for you and your spouse. It also sparked some ideas so off to town we went.

My goal for 2015 was to use things up in my craft room and boy this girl has a LOT of Christmas Stuff! lol While at Walmart though I found these cool metallic stars to add to your packaging and they were only a $1!! The Quiz was printed out onto card stock then I created an envelope from scrapbook paper. (This works slick). Raffia and Candy Canes were my best friend this Christmas :) They also are very inexpensive and add so much to your gift wrapping! I have a TON of raffia left from when we had our wedding almost 10 years ago. Word to the wise it goes very far only buy a little. :) I made Gift Card Holders out of designer paper. The Hot Chocolate and Peppermints went into a kraft bags I had and I decorated with designer paper, candy canes and etc. I had an old Christmas kit that had stickers and tags in it and those worked slick along with my stamps!

Another batch of Date Night Gifts and Gifts! This layout kept very simple I just used a card from the Project Life Hello December 2015 Bundle. I added my thoughts to the card using the Project Life Journal Pen. We had so much fun creating these and they were a huge hit! I also used up an entire stack of stuff too! Woo Hoo!!

On Day 20: Lots, Lots, and Lots of Gifts left to make yet. YIKES My one BIL gave me an awesome idea for Christmas. We were talking one day in August how we are all terrible about remembering the big days; Birthday to Anniversary's  he joked that for Christmas we should give everyone cards for the year to open. LIGHT BULB...what do I do peeps for a living; create cards GENIUS IDEA! Thank you little brother! lol So we made cards for the entire year for all of our siblings :) They were a hit too and got a great laugh! I also spent the day making all my down-line gifts, club members gifts, customer gifts, friends and etc. gifts!

I kept this layout pretty simple too. Just decorated 1 card from the Project Life Hello December 2015 Bundle. I also used some pieces from Oh What Fun Tag Project Kit. I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel, some lines across the card using the Project Life Journal Pen.

Pretty busy few days!!
