The Stamp Review Crew; Happy Scenes
Welcome to another The Stamp Review Crew Hop!! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who will be bringing you lots of ideas for one particular stamp set twice a month!! The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, you can hop along from one blog to the next gathering all kinds of inspiration for one Stampin' Up! stamp set. Please note the blog doesn't officially start until Monday October 5, 2015 so some of the links may not work.
I so excited for the fun to start!! We have a great group of talented stampers for this hop!! If you are following the hop in order you just arrived from Heidi Baks BLOG where she made some fabulous projects!!! We are featuring the Happy Scenes Photopolymer Stamp Set item #139821 (pg. 11) from the Holiday catalog. This is s a fun set and perfect for many occasions/seasons.
Even though fall is my favorite time of the year I decided to make a Christmas card instead :) I had an idea pop into my head the funny part this turned out nothing like my original idea; I think though you will like it! lol
Lots of layers to this baby :) I kinda got carried away. I just love the trees in the Happy Scenes Stamp Set. There are also soo many AWESOME products in the Holiday Catalog that I had a hard time trying to not add everything and the kitchen sink! There are some great images in the Happy Scenes Stamp Set that work great too for background stamping. Did you notice all those patterns Oh, my lots going on there. I used the Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum Stack some really pretty patterns in it.
On the inside I decided simple would be perfect since the front had a lot of AWESOME stuff. I added the vellum and the Mint Macaron card stock...I got confess I saw the little piece of card stock laying on my counter. I picked up added glue flipped it over and attached to the card and then realized it was a piece I stamped on. Whoops got lucky didn't I. lol So let that be a lesson all pay attention to what your doing :)
