The Stamp Review Crew; Vintage Leaves
Welcome to another The Stamp Review Crew Hop!! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who will be bringing you lots of ideas for one particular stamp set twice a month!! The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, you can hop along from one blog to the next gathering all kinds of inspiration for one Stampin' Up! stamp set. Please note the blog doesn't officially start until Monday September 7 so some of the links may not work.
I so excited for the fun to start!! We have a great group of talented stampers for this hop!! If you are following the hop in order you just arrived from Lisa Young's BLOG where she made some fabulous projects!!! We are featuring the Vintage Leaves Photopolymer Stamp Set (pg. 88) from the main catalog. I love this set!!
Fall is my FAVORITE time of the year!! So when I saw this set...(as you can guess) yep had to get it; a girl can NEVER have to many leaf sets! The best part it has matching framelits too! AWESOME SAUCE!!! Below I created a card I did pair it with the Gorgeous Grunge Clear Stamp Set item #130517 and Cheer All Year Stamp Set item #139839 (pg. 6 Holiday Catalog).
On the background I added splatters of Gold using Gold Embossing Powder. I picked a different fallish color combo for this creation.I stamped the leaves in Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Early Espresso. I die cut out the leaves using the Leaflets Framelits. I wanted them to stand out so I popped them up with Stampin' Dimensionals.
On the inside I added a piece of Into the Woods Designer Series Paper and the other half of the Metallic Foil Doily.
