The Stamp Review Crew ; Mixed Bunch
Welcome to another The Stamp Review Crew Hop!! We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who will be bringing you lots of ideas for one particular stamp set twice a month!! The 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, you can hop along from one blog to the next gathering all kinds of inspiration for one Stampin' Up! stamp set. Please note the blog doesn't officially start until Monday December 15, 2014 so some of the links may not work.
I so excited for the fun to start!! We have a great group of talented stampers for this hop!! If you are following the hop in order you just arrived from Yapha's blog Stamps & Scraps with Yapha where she made a beautiful project!!! We are featuring the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set from the Main Catalog. This set is very fun to use and very versatile too! Below is the card I made.
Here is the front view of my card using the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set. Since Valentine's Day is just around the corner I thought I would share an idea for Valentines Day. I kept my card very simple. For the greeting I used Something to Say Stamp Set. I added a piece of Designer Paper from the All Abloom Designer Series Paper Stack. My colors are Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe and Real Red the perfect colors for Valentines Day! One of my favorite things about this set is it has a matching punch to go with it. I stamped the flower in Strawberry Slush and punched it out using the Blossom Punch. I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel for just a little sparkle.
Here is the inside of my card. I kept it pretty simple and clean again. I am actually not very found of pink colors so when I use them they are a REALLY big challenge for me. I hope you liked my card!! I had a lot of fun creating it as it made me step out of my comfort zone :) Now you'll want to head on over to Tanya's Blog Tinkerin In Ink and see her faboulous creation!
