Project Life Christmas Festival of Trees

Happy Friday!

It's been awhile since I have had something to share for my Scrapbook Saddle Up Friday. So how about an easy layout just in time for Christmas! I love making my own little cards for the Project Life Photo Pockets. It's so easy to do as the younger generation (aka my little brother in law) say it's ridiculous!

I created this for a sneak peek bonus idea in my 12 Days of Christmas On-line Class. The class is over but you can still purchase the class! There are 12 projects for $12.99!! Visit the Rubber Redneck 12 Days of Christmas Class Page for the details. My page layout uses the Festival of Trees and Cheerful Tags Stamp Set from the Holiday Catalog.

Rubber Redneck Quick Shots:

* First pick out a photo pocket. Once you have one picked out measure your squares and cut your base's to fit the pockets. I used Santa and Co. Designer Series Paper so I picked my colors from the patterns to create my base or "cards" for each pocket.

* I decorated the "cards" using the stamps from Cheerful Tags Stamp Set and Festival of Trees Stamp Set.

* Then add embellishments. I used ribbons, rhinestones, buttons and stamped images to decorate mine.

* The Festival of Tree Bundle is perfect for decorating your own custom cards.

It took me only 15 minutes to create this simple and fun layout! Now it's ready for Christmas!!
