Starting on the 15th of September I will post a new project each day; Monday through Friday in an exclusive on-line class. Each project will included a Mini PDF Tutorial and a Video Tutorial. * Die cut out the Witches Hat Base using the Big Shot and the Circle Framelits.

* Decorate the Witches hat with the adorable Motley Monster Designer Series Paper.

* Use the edge of the hat as your guide for trimming the Motley Monster Designer Series Paper.

* Undo the White & Tangerine Tango Two-Tone Trim on the ends so it sits flat on the back of the hat.

* Place 15 Rhinestone Basic Jewels across the Motley Monster Designer Series Paper and the Retro Fresh Washi Tape.
