Flower Patch Card

Morning everyone,

I hope you all had a great weekend! I had planned on sharing a 3D project using this month's paper pumpkin kit but it rained the day's I had time to do the video for it. lol Mother nature sometimes doesn't want to corporate with you. I will hopefully get to share it sometime this week!

Today I am sharing the card I created for Stampin' Addict's Blog Hop. If you missed out on the New Catalog Hop just click the link. I also have this card listed in my Etsy Store for purchase. I also have a little picture tutorial for you for lining up the framelits with the stamped image to die cut them out perfect.

Stamp your image onto some card stock. Were I have the arrow pointing is a space between the petal images it is the only one. On the framelit were I have the arrow pointing is a piece of the framelit that comes down farther then the other points.

Place the framelit on top of the stamped image as shown in the picture and run through the Big Shot to die cut it out.

My base is Strawberry Slush card stock. I cut a piece of Mossy Meadow card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Honeycomb Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Pistachio Pudding card stock. I took the Dictionary Background Stamp; inked in Pistachio Pudding and stamped onto the card stock. I cut a piece of All Abloom Designer Series Paper Stack. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Apothecary Accents Framelits and die cut it out. I took the stamp from Flower Patch Stamp Set; inked in Daffodil Delight and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the Mossy Meadow marker and drew fake stitching around the edges. I wrapped a piece of Mossy Meadow 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon around the center. I wrapped a piece of 1/2 Daffodil Delight Seam Binding Ribbon around the center. I pulled a piece of Strawberry Slush Thick Baker's Twine apart and then wrapped it around on top of the 1/2 Daffodil Delight Seam Binding Ribbon. I took the stamp from Flower Patch Stamp Set; ink it in Strawberry Slush and stamp onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Flower Patch Stamp Set; ink it in Daffodil Delight and stamp onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the leaves and inked them in Pistachio Pudding and Mossy Meadow and stamped onto some Whisper White card stock. I ran the pieces of the stamped Whisper White card stock through the Big Shot with the Flower Flair Framelits die cutting out the flowers.
