Happy Watercolor Card 4

Morning everyone!

Today's share I created to play along with a challenge for my Spring Time On-line Class.The class is over but you can still purchase the class and get 14 fabulous and cute projects with step by step photos in a downloadble PDF along with Video Tutorials!!! Lots of great ideas!! This card uses the stamp set called Happy Watercolor from the Occasions Catalog.This was one of the sets featured in the class and came in the class kit. My base is Whisper White card stock. I cut another piece of Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper. I took two Tea Lace Paper Doilies and sponged Tangerine Tango ink on just one. I placed them together on the Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper. I added a piece of Delicate Details Lace Tape to the Tea Lace Paper Doilies. I cut a piece of Gold Foil Sheet and a piece of Soft Suede card stock. I notched out one end on each piece. I added a piece of Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape to the Soft Suede and Glimmer Gold paper. I cut a piece of Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and notched out one end. I placed it over lapping the Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape.

I wrapped some Gold Baker's Twine around the layers and tied it. I unraveled the gold foil on the bakers twine. I set a Glimmer Brad Neutral on the left side of the Tea Lace Paper Doilies. I attached the layers to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked in Jet Black Stazon and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked it in Daffodil Delight and stamped at the top. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked in Tangerine Tango and stamped below the Daffodil Delight. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked in Soft Suede and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I notched out one end and glued it across the bottom of the flower.  I attached the flower image with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then added a bunch of Pearl Basic Jewels to the front to finish it off.

1st Project~

Is a card I created using that yummy Mossy Meadow. I used a stamp set called Work of Art that is in the upcoming new catalog and the Endless Birthday Wishes Photopolymer Stamp Set!! I used some of the yummy new Mossy Meadow 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon. This is just gorgeous and fun ribbon your gonna love it!!! It comes in the 5 new in colors too!! Whoop Whoop

2nd Project~

I created another card but this card I kept very simple. This card layout would be perfect if you need a lot of these. I used the Work of Art Stamp Set again and that yummy Mossy Meadow 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon.

3rd Project~

I created a fun little folder to hold a 3 x 3 note card!!!! It's so simple to make them now with the File Tab Edgelits!!!!!!!! AWESOME I used the Work of Art Stamp Set that yummy Mossy Meadow 3/8 Stitched Satin Ribbon.

My base is Real Red card stock. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Scallops Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Coastal Cabana card stock. I took the stamp from Four You Stamp Set; inked in Coastal Cabana and stamped in the bottom right corner. I cut two different patterns of Fresh Prints Designer Series Paper Stack. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Simple Stems Stamp Set; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Simple Stems Stamp Set; inked it in Real Red and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I repeated that step so I had two Real Red flowers. I took the stamp from Simple Stems Stamp Set; inked in Coastal Cabana and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I cut out the flowers and attached them with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then added a 1/8 Real Red Taffeta Ribbon bow to the flower. I added a Neutrals Candy Dot (Crumb Cake) to the Whisper White card stock.

My base is Coastal Cabana card stock. I cut a piece of Baked Brown Sugar card stock. I ran the Baked Brown Sugar card stock through the Big Shot with the Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper with the triangles on it and glued it to the left side. I cut a piece of Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper with the Coastal Cabana strips on it and notched one end out. I cut a piece of Natural 5/8 Chevron Ribbon and notched one end out and added it to the card.  I cut a piece of Tangerine Tango card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Starburst Framelits Dies. I took the stamp from Starburst Sayings Stamp Set; inked in Tangerine Tango and stamped all over the Tangerine Tango card stock. I added a piece of Retro Fresh This and That Designer Washi Tape. I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Starburst Framelits Dies; die cutting it out. I took the stamp from Starburst Sayings Stamp Set; inked in Coastal Cabana and stamped onto the Very Vanilla card stock. I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around the bottom layers. I took the stamp from Starburst Sayings Stamp Set; inked in Baked Brown Sugar and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I ran the stamped image through the Big Shot with the Starburst Framelits Dies; cutting it out. I attached it with Stampin' Dimensionals and then added some Gold Sequins from the Gold Sequin Trim. I added a Linen Thread bow to finish it off.

My base is Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake and Whisper White card stock. I ran the Whisper White card stock through the Big Shot with the Hexagon Hives Thinlits Die. I cut a piece of Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum to place in the center of the Whisper White die cut. I cut a piece of Gold Foil Sheet. I added a piece of Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape across the top of the Gold Foil Sheet. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked it in the Gold Metallic Encore Ink Pad. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked in the Gold Metallic Encore Ink Pad and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped on top of the saying. I used the Big Shot and the Deco Labels Framelits to die cut out the greeting. I attached it with Stampin' Dimensionals. I wrapped some Gold Baker's Twine around the layers. I attached everything with Stampin' Dimensionals to the front of the card. I then added some Pearl Basic Jewels and a Gold Mini Metallic Clothespin to finish it off.

 Directions~

 

1. Cut 1 piece of Pistachio Pudding card stock 5 ½” x 8 ½” score it at 4 ¼” for the card base.

2. Cut 1 piece of Crisp Cantaloupe card stock 4” x 5 ¼”. Take the stamp from Another Thank You Stamp Set; ink it in Crisp Cantaloupe and stamp onto the Crisp Cantaloupe card stock at the top and bottom. Use the Paper-Piecing Tool, Stampin’ Piece Mat and Essentials Paper Piercing Pack and pierce holes at the top and bottom of the Crisp Cantaloupe card stock.

3. Cut 1 piece of Crushed Curry card stock 3” x 5 ¼”. Take the stamp from Another Thank You Stamp Set; ink it in Crushed Curry and stamp on the bottom right corner. Glue the Crushed Curry card stock to the Crisp Cantaloupe card stock.

4. Cut 1 piece of Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum 1” x 5 ¼” and glue to the Crushed Curry card stock.

5. Cut 1 piece of Crumb Cake card stock ½” x 4 ¼” and notch out the right end. Take the stamp from Another Thank You Stamp Set; ink it in Crumb Cake and stamp on the Crumb Cake card stock. Glue the Crumb Cake card stock above the Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum.

6. Cut 1 piece of 2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack (Pistachio Pudding) ¼” x 5 ¼”. Glue below the Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum. Cut a 5 ¾” of Gold Sequin Trim and wrap around the layers of card stock. Cut a 5 ¾” piece of Pistachio Pudding Thick Baker’s Twine and wrap around the layers. Glue the Crisp Cantaloupe card stock to the front of the Pistachio Pudding card.

7. Take the stamp from Mixed Bunch Stamp Set; ink it in Crisp Cantaloupe and stamp onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. Punch out the image using the Blossom Punch. Use a Stampin’ Sponge and sponge Crisp Cantaloupe all over the flower. Take the stamp from Mixed Bunch Stamp Set; ink it in Crumb Cake and stamp onto Crumb Cake card stock. Repeat so you have two of these stamped flowers. Punch out the centers of the flowers using the Petite Petals Punch. Use a Stampin’ Sponge and sponge Crumb Cake ink all over the flowers. Attach the flowers with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Inside~

1. Cut 1 piece of Crisp Cantaloupe card stock 4” x 5 ¼”.

2. Cut 1 piece of Very Vanilla card stock 3 ¾” x 5”. Take the stamp from Another Thank You Stamp Set; ink it in Crisp Cantaloupe and stamp onto the Very Vanilla card stock on the right side. Glue to the Crisp Cantaloupe.

3. Cut 1 piece of Crushed Curry card stock ½” x 5 ¼” and glue to the bottom of the Very Vanilla card stock.

4.  Cut 1 piece of 2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack (Pistachio Pudding Pattern) ¼” x 5 ¼”. Glue to the center of the Crushed Curry card stock.

My base is Natural Ivory card stock. If you never used this card stock you NEED it!! lol It is beautiful card stock! I cut a piece of Wisteria Wonder card stock. I took the Hardwood Background Stamp; inked in Wisteria Wonder and stamped onto the Wisteria Wonder card stock. I cut a piece of Soft Suede card stock. I took the Dictionary Background Stamp; inked in Soft Suede and stamped onto the Soft Suede card stock. I cut a piece of Venetian Romance Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Arrows Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Naturals Ivory card stock. I took the stamp from the Blessed Easter Stamp Set; inked in Jet Black Stazon and stamped onto the Natural Ivory card stock. Using a Blender Pen I colored in the tulips with the Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz ink pads. I attached the Natural Ivory card stock to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I wrapped a piece of 3/8 Soft Suede Taffeta and Gold Baker's Twine around the bottom of the card. I added a Subtles Designer Button with a Gold Baker's Twine bow. I then added some Pearl Basic Jewels to finish off the card.

My base is Summer Starfruit. I cut a piece of Whisper White and Primrose Petals card stock. I took the stamp from Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set; inked in Primrose Petals and stamped onto the left side of the Primrose Petals card stock. I cut a piece of Watercolor Wonder Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Summer Starfruit and Whisper White card stock.  I took the stamps from Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set; inked them in the following colors Summer Starfruit, Primrose Petals and Smoky Slate. I cut another piece of Whisper White card stock. I stamped them onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Sweet Essentials Stamp Set; inked it in Smoky Slate and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock.I notched out one end of the Whisper White card stock. I wrapped some Whisper White Baker's Twine around the left side. I used the Paper-Piecing Tool, Stampin' Pierce Mat and Essentials Paper Piercing Pack to pierce holes on the Primrose Petals card stock around the Summer Starfruit and Whisper White card stock on the right side. I then added a Neutrals Designer Button with a double Whisper White Baker's Twine bow. I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to finish off the card.

Morning everyone!

Today's share I created to play along with a challenge for my Spring Time On-line Class.The class is over but you can still purchase the class and get 14 fabulous and cute projects with step by step photos in a downloadble PDF along with Video Tutorials!!! My base is Very Vanilla card stock. I cut a piece of Wisteria Wonder card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder. I cut two different patterns of the Afternoon Picnic Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Basic Bray card stock. I took the Dictionary Background Stamp; inked in Basic Gray and stamped onto the Basic Gray card stock. I cut a piece of Crushed Curry card stock and punched one side with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I took the stamp from Happy Watercolor Stamp Set; inked it in Jet Black Stazon and stamped onto the Very Vanilla card stock. I color the image in using the Blender Pen with the Pear Pizzazz and Wisteria Wonder ink pads. I wrapped a piece of 3/8 Pear Pizzazz and Silver Baker's Twine around the layers. I added a Very Vintage Designer Button with some Silver Baker Twine Bows. I added some Pearl Basic Jewels all over the card front.
