Gently Falling Notepad Tutorial!!

Morning everyone!

I know where or where have I been?? It's been pretty busy here for us we are still working away on a lot of major projects and trying to get things done before dh's surgery. So I haven't had much time to stamp :( soon grass hopper soon I will. lol

Today I have a project to share along with a Tutorial Video!! I created this to play along with a color challenge in my Fall Fest On-line Class. It's not to late to join in on the fun with us! This is a note pad holder that you can usually find in dollar bins. It uses the stamp set called Gently Falling this is one of my favorite stamp sets!!

 Direction's~

1. Cut 1 piece of River Rock card stock 8 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score it at 4"and 4 1/2"

2. Cut 1 piece of Tangerine Tango card stock 3 3/4" x 8 1/4"

3. Cut 1 piece of More Mustard card stock 3 1/2" x 4" run it through the Big Shot with the Argyle Embossing Folder. Glue to the bottom of the Tangerine Tango card stock.

4. Cut 1 piece of Very Vanilla card stock 3 1/2" x 4 1/4". Take the stamps from Gently Falling Stamp Set; ink them in More Mustard, Lucky Limeade, River Rock, Chocolate Chip and stamp onto the Very Vanilla card stock. Take the Netting Background Stamp; ink it in River Rock and stamp onto the Very Vanilla card stock. Sponge the edges of the Very Vanilla card stock with River Rock. Glue the Very Vanilla card stock to the top of the Tangerine Tango card stock.

5. Cut 1 piece of Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper (Lucky Limeade) 2" x 3 3/4". Glue over lapping the Very Vanilla and More Mustard card stock. Wrap a piece of ½ Very Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon around the card stock. Wrap a piece of ½ Tangerine Tango Scallop Dots on top. Glue the Tangerine Tango card stock to the River Rock card stock.

6. Die cut a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock out with the Big Shot and the Autumn Accents Bigz Die. Attach to the cover with a Stampin’ Dimensional. Then run it through the Big Shot with the Houndstooth Embossing Folder. Take the stamp from Gently Falling Stamp Set; ink them in More Mustard, Lucky Limeade and River Rock and stamp onto Very Vanilla card stock. Then cut them out and attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the front of the cover.  Add a ½ Very Vanilla Seam Binding Bow, Designer Button Brushed Bronze and a Linen Thread Bow to the bottom of the leaves.

Bootiful Occasions Card

Morning everyone!

Hope you all had a great weekend! Dh and I spent the weekend working over at my parents place and got a good chunk of stuff done. It was beautiful here this weekend! Today I am sharing a fun little card. It is a 4 x 4 card and I just LOVE this size!! It uses the set called Bootiful Occasions. I created this to play along with a challenge for my Fresh Cuts On-line Class.

My base is Tempting Turquoise card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White and Real Red card stock. I glued the Real Red card stock to the left side of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper (Old Olive). I cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock and glued it over the Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper. I then took the Paper-Piercing Tool, Stampin' Pierce Mat and Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and pierced a row of holes on the right side of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Bootiful Occasions Stamp Set; inked in Jet Black Stazon and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I glued the Whisper White card stock to the Pumpkin Pie card stock. I then colored in the image with the Many Marvelous Stampin' Write Markers Old Olive and Tempting Turquoise. I wrapped some White Baker's Twine around the left side of the layers of card stock. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals onto the back and attached to the front of the Tempting Turquoise card stock. I took the stamp from Bootiful Occasions Stamp Set; inked in Real Red and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then punched out the saying with the Large Oval Punch. I added some Jewels Basic Rhinestones below the saying and attached it with Stampin' Dimensionals on the right side of the card front. I then added a Brights Designer Button with a White Baker's Twine Bow.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of  Real Red and Pumpkin Pie card stock and glued them to the left side of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper (Old Olive). I then took the Paper-Piercing Tool, Stampin' Pierce Mat and Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and pierced a row of holes on the right side of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then wrapped some White Baker's Twine around the left side of the layers. I then glued everything to the inside of the card.

Scrapbook Saddle Up Friday; 6 x 6 Betsy's Blossom Page

Happy Friday!!!

Every Friday I will be hosting the Scrapbook Saddle Up with y'all!! It will feature a scrapbook layout to a scrapbooking album ideas along with tips, techniques and etc!! Today I am sharing a fun 6 x 6 page; this is a very simple and fast layout. This page uses the set called Betsy's Blossom. I created this to play along with a challenge for my Fresh Cuts On-line Class.

Tip~ 6 x 6 pages are perfect for highlighting those litte moments.

The base is a piece of Whisper White card stock that was cut at 6" x 6". I took the stamps from Betsy's Blossom Stamp Set; inked them in Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral. I stamped in the upper right hand corner of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of 2011-2013 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack. I used the 3/16 Corner Punch to round the corners on the left side of the 2011-2013 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack. I then glued it to the left side of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Floral District Designer Series Paper and glued it on top of the 2011-2013 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack. I cut a piece of Calypso Coral and Whisper White card stock for the photo mat. I wrapped some Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine around the left side of the photo mat. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals onto the back and attached to the center of the page. I took the stamp from Betsy's Blossom Stamp Set; inked in Calypso Coral and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I cut out the image and added a Jewels Basic Rhinestone to the center and attached it with a Stampin' Dimensional. I placed 3 1/8 Mini Silver Brads in the bottom right hand corner.

Tip~ Be sure to leave a space to journal; you'll notice I left a little spot before the 1/8 Mini Silver Brads.

Summer Silhouettes Card Share

Morning everyone!

Today I am sharing a card I created to kick off my Fresh Cuts On-line Class. Every class the day everyone gets to log into the site I have a card along with some fun challenge while everyone is waiting for opening day! I love this card and it uses the stamp set called Summer Silhouettes. This was one of the stamp sets featured in the class too.

My base is Midnight Muse card stock. I cut a piece of Pink Pirouette card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder. I used the 3/16 Corner Punch to round the bottom corners of the Pink Pirouette card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamps from Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set; inked them in Pink Pirouette and Old Olive and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper and glued it across the card stock. I cut a piece of Pink Pirouette and punched one side out with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. I glued the punched Pink Pirouette card stock to the Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of 1/2 Old Olive Scallop Dots Ribbon flipped it over and used the side without the dots.  I then glued all the layers of card stock to the front of the Midnight Muse card stock. I took the stamp from Petite Pairs Stamp Set; inked in Midnight Muse and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then used the Apothecary Accents Framelits to die cut out the saying. I attached to the front of the card with a Stampin' Dimensional and then added some Jewels Basic Pearls.

I took the stamps from Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set; inked them in Pink Pirouette and Old Olive and stamped onto the bottom right hand corner of the Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper and glued it across the card stock at the top. I cut a piece of Pink Pirouette and punched one side out with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. I glued the punched Pink Pirouette card stock to the Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of 1/2 Old Olive Scallop Dots Ribbon flipped it over and used the side without the dots.  I then glued all the layers of card stock to the inside of the Midnight Muse card stock.

This is a 4 x 4 card love these cards. The base is Calypso Coral. I cut a piece of So Saffron card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Argyle Embossing Folder. I then glued it to the front of the Calypso Coral card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Curly Cute Stamp Set; inked in Calypso Coral and stamped in the bottom right hand corner. I took the stamp from Fabulous Florets Stamp Set; inked in Wild Wasabi and stamped onto the left side of the Whisper White card stock. I then wrapped a piece of 3/8 Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon around the Whisper White card stock. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals onto the back of the Whisper White card stock and attached to the So Saffron card stock. I took the stamp from Fabulous Florets Stamp Set; inked it in So Saffron and stamped onto Whisper White card stock so I had two flowers. I cut the flowers out and attached to the Whisper White card stock with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then finished it off by adding some Jewels Basic Rhinestones.

Happy Labor Day!!! Postage Due Card Share

Morning everyone!

I hope you all are enjoying the 3 day weekend! On Friday we had to make a trip out of town to get my cruise control fixed. My cruise control got stuck back when I lost my transmission it was  a pretty scary experience and turned out a month later there was a recall on it. Then on saturday had a family emergency so we ended up not getting home until late that night. Yesterday dh and I didn't do a hole lot we were both shot from the week and weekend so we got a day to rest. lol

Today I am sharing another card I created to play along with a color challenge in my Fresh Cuts On-line Class. It uses the stamp set called Postage Due. I love this set a lot.

My base is Marina Mist card stock. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. I then used the Brayer; inked in Crumb Cake and rolled it across the Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of First Edition Designer Series Paper and glued it to the left side of the Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of Pretty in Pink card stock ran it through the Big Shot with the Delicate Designer Folders. I then glued it to over lap the Frist Edition Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock; sponged the edges with Crumb Cake. I cut a piece of Natural Composition Specialty Paper and glued it to the Very Vanilla card stock. I cut another piece of  Very Vanilla card stock. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Marina Mist and stamped onto the Very Vanilla card stock. I sponged the edges with Crumb Cake ink. I then glued it to the layers of paper. I cut a piece of 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim and wrapped it around the card stock. I glued the layers of card stock to the front of the Marina Mist card. I cut another piece of 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim and made a loop. I attached to the other piece of ribbon. I then took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Pretty in Pink and stamped it onto Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the Postage Stamp Punch and attached to the front of the card with a Stampin' Dimensional. I then added some Jewels Basic Pearls to finish it off.

I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock and sponged the edges with Crumb Cake. I cut a piece of Pretty in Pink card stock ran it through the Big Shot with the Delicate Designer Folders. I cut a piece of First Edition Designer Series Paper and glued it to the Pretty in Pink card stock. I cut a piece of Natural Composition Specialty Paper and glued it over lapping the Pretty in Pink card stock and First Edition Designer Series Paper.
