Color Round Up #67; Flight of the Butterfly

Morning everyone,

Every Wednesday I will be posting a new Color Round Up Color Challenge!!! All color challenges will be based on Stampin' Up! color families. I am a Stampin' Up! Demo so all my samples will only use SU product.

To take part in the Color Round Up Color Challenge CRU #67~

1. Create a project (card, scrapbook page, 3D item or MDS item) using these colors or similar shades only on your project. I can't wait to see what you make!!!

2. Post it to your blog or other public gallery (Stampin' Addicts, Splitcoast and etc.) using the key words Rubber Redneck Color Round Up #67 or CRU #67 (please use the key words some were or your project will not be considered for the challenge) and make sure to include a link back here to the challenge.

I created a real simple and fast card for this challenge. I cut a piece of Perfect  Plum card stock for the base. I cut a piece of Marina Mist and Whisper White card stock. I used the 3/16 Corner Punch to round the corners of the Whisper White card stock at the top. I took the butterflies from Flight of the Butterfly Stamp Set; inked them in Pear Pizzazz and Marina Mist and stamped all over the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Flight of the Butterfly Stamp Set; inked in Perfect Plum and stamped in the bottom right hand corner of the Whisper White card stock. I glued the Whisper White card stock to the Perfect Plum card stock. I cut a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock and glued it across the Whisper White card stock above the stamped saying. I then wrapped a piece of Natural Hemp Twine around the center of the Pear Pizzazz card stock. I glued the Marina Mist card stock to the front of the Perfect Plum card. I took the butterfly stamp from Flight of the Butterfly Stamp Set; inked in Marina Mist and stamped two of them onto Whisper White card stock. I then cut each butterfly out. I popped them up with Stampin' Dimensionals then added some Jewels Basic Rhinestones to the front of the card and added a bow made from Natural Hemp Twine.
