There is so much to this page that I am sharing this in two parts. The Beyond the Garden DSP rocked for this page!!! The colors in one of the DSP papers is perfect for little boys!!! This is a picture of my cousin's little boy, he was in Hawaii and for some reason was just taken by dirt in the pots. lol

My base is 12 x 12 Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Wild Wasabi card stock down to fit the Whisper White card stock; I took the White Gel Pen and added fake stitching around the edges. I cut a piece of Pacific Point card stock. I took the stamp from Fabulous Florets Stamp Set; inked in Pacific Point and stamped all over the Pacific Point card stock.

Tip~ Create your own custom background paper using stamps.

I cut a piece of Beyond the Garden DSP. I layered a piece of Vellum Paper, Pacific Point card stock, and a piece of Wild Wasabi card stock that I punched out with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch on top of the Beyond the Garden DSP. I also wrapped a piece of Baker's Twine White around the center.

Tip~ Want to tone down a piece of DSP consider placing a piece of Vellum Paper over it.

Since I only put one picture on the page I printed it out to a 5 x7. I mounted the picture onto a piece Pacific Point and Wild Wasabi card stock.

Tip~ Only want 1 picture on your page but can't get it to balance out. Consider printing your picture a larger size.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock for my journaling block. Using the 3/16 Corner Rounder Punch, I rounded the two bottom corners. I took the Wild Wasabi Stampin' Write Marker and drew more fake stitching around the edges. I wrote the name and year in with the Pacific Point Stampin' Write Maker. I cut another piece of Whisper White card stock, rounded the corners again with the 3/16 Corner Rounder Punch. I drew fake stitching with the Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker. I wrote "The World of" using the Wild Wasabi Stampin' Write Marker.

Tip~ To balance out your page with fake stitching consider adding fake stitching to your journaling blocks to tie it all together in the end.

Be sure to stop back next friday for the rest of the details and tips on this page!!!! Leave a comment today and come back next friday and leave a comment on that post and I will draw for a prize giveaway!!! One lucky winner will receive an assortment of supplies I used to create this page!!!!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!!!

Monday's 3D Challenge; Two Tag Baby Favor

Happy 4th of July!!!!

Hi all I hope your all having a great 4th!!!! Mine so far has been spent fencing at my parents farm, I know your all soo jealous aren't you? lol Thursday I only got half of the T-posts painted, the reason dad wanted them painted was because they were the ones we set down the drive way. He didn't want rusted looking T-posts, he wanted them to look nice. lol So he hands me the can of paint and well lets just say I couldn't help it I busted out laughing. He picked John Deer Green!!!! Of all the colors to pick; I will admit I am not a fan of John Deer Green. I guess I should be grateful it wasn't Hot Pink. So there is your laugh for the day!!! lol We did get one area completely fenced and cows moved. Friday my dad had a check up with his doctor and he is now gonna be put on oxygen, hopefully this will make him feel a little better and make life a little easier in the breathing department.

Today's share is 3D Challenge I posted over on Stampin' Addicts website! If you never been check it out, it is geared towards Stampin' Up! if your a demo be sure to sign up for the demo forums and then give a shout out to me catrules! The challenge is to make a favor out of the Two Tag Die. I am sorry I didn't realize that I have been stuck on favors!!! lol This general idea is not mine I have found lots of these all over the web and just thought they would be cute for a 3D-Challenge! I used the following supplies to create this~

Pennant Parade Stamp Set item #122742
Big Shot item #113439
Two Tag Die item #115954
Square Lattice Embossing Folder item #119976

DSC03635
Directions~

1. Using the Big Shot and the Two Tag Die; die cut two tags out in Lucky Limeade. Take the stamp from Pennant Parade Stamp Set; ink it in Lucky Limeade and stamp randomly over the two tags. Fold the tags on the scored lines and apply snail and wrap together. Place 3 Hershey Nuggets inside. At the top run a piece of 1/2 Chocolate Chip Scallop Dots Ribbon through the holes too tie it closed.

2. Cut 1 piece 1 1/2" x 2 3/4" of So Saffron card stock. Run it through the Big Shot with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. Snail to the front of the tag.

3. Cut 1 piece 1/2" x 2 3/4" of Chocolate Chip card stock, snail to the center of the So Saffron card stock.

To finish decorating I took the stamp from Pennant Parade Stamp Set; inked in Pool Party and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then punched it out using the Petite Pennants Builder Punch. I took the stamp from Pennant Parade Stamp Set; inked in Pool Party again and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I then just cut out the center of the image. I took the baby stamp from Pennant Parade Stamp Set; inked in Chocolate Chip and stamped in the center of the banner.I placed a Stampin' Dimensional on the back and attached to the punched out piece. I then placed a Stampin' Dimensional on the back of the completed piece and attached in the center of the Chocolate Chip card stock. I then placed Jewels Basic Pearls in the center of the Chocolate Chip card stock.

Since these are already all over the web there are quite a few video tutorials out there so I didn't do a video for this. If you go to Youtube and search Two Tag Video some will come up. These are supper easy and make a great little favor for any event!!!

My base is Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Real Red card stock, I took the Paper-piercing Tool and Mat Pack and pierced a row of holes around the upper half only. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back and attached to the front of the card. I cut a piece of Play Date DSP. I took the stamp from Happy Greetings Stamp Set; inked in Real Red and stamped onto the bottom half of the DSP. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock, using the Paper-Piercing Tool and Mat Pack; I pierced a row of holes around the edge on the upper half only. I took the Inspired By Nature Stamp; inked the grass in So Saffron and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I then took the Inspired By Nature Stamp; inked in Real Red and stamped on top of the So Saffron grass. I wrapped 1/4 Whisper White Grosgrain Ribbon around the bottom and then added a Designer Button Bright to the ribbon.
