The next step is to take the 6 x6 Page to a 8 1/2 x 11 Page. My base is a piece of Daffodil Delight 8 1/2 x 11 card stock. I then cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock down to fit the Daffodil Delight card stock. My next trick I came up with once one of the ahh haaa moments. lol I wanted some sort of streams stamped onto my Crumb Cake paper to go with my birthday theme but I knew we didn't have a stamp like that. The Crazy for Cupcakes Stamp Set was laying on my table and all the sudden I thought hey why not use the string part on the balloon stamp as a streamer? I was thrilled to find out it would work!!!! So I took the balloon stamp from Crazy for Cupcakes Stamp Set; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped down the right side of the Crumb Cake card stock.

Tip~ To use only part of the stamp image create some sort of mask. I placed a piece of copy paper onto my card stock where the balloon would line up and stamped onto the card stock and copy paper. You could also try to not ink up part of the stamp too.

I placed my 6 x6 page at the top of the 8 1/2 x 11 piece of card stock. In the bottom left hand corner I die cut a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock using the Big Shot and the Scallop Squares Duo Die. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake and Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Crazy for Cupcakes; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped it onto the Whisper White card stock. I colored the cherries with the Blender Pen and Daffodil Delight ink pad. I then wrapped a piece of 1/4 Daffodil Delight Grosgrain Ribbon on the bottom of the Whisper White card stock. I snailed all the pieces together than added Jewels Basic Rhinestones to the ribbon to balance out my page. On the bottom right hand corner I added my second picture.

Supplies Used~
Stamp~ Crazy for Cupcakes
Ink~Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight
Paper~ Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Acc.~ Big Shot, Scallop Squares Duo Die, Decorative Label Punch, Scallop Square Punch, 1 1/4 Square Punch, Designer Buttons Neutrals, Jewels Basic Rhinestones, 1/4 Whisper White Grosgrain Ribbon, 1/4 Daffodil Delight Grosgrain Ribbon, Natural Hemp Twine, Blender Pen, Stampin' Dimensionals, Glue Dots

Be sure to stop back next Friday for part 3 of this layout!!!

Thanks for stopping in! Have a great day!

I took the stamp from Fabulous Florets Stamp Set; inked in Wild Wasabi and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Fabulous Florets Stamp Set; inked in VersaMark and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. Holding my piece of paper over the Powder Pal Tray I poured Tangerine Tango Embossing Powder over my stamped image. I tapped off the excess and heat set it using the Heat Tool. I cut my image out, I placed a Stampin' Dimensional on the back and attached to the card. I punched out a piece of Melon Mambo card stock with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch and snailed across the bottom. I took a piece of 1/4 Whisper White grosgrain ribbon, colored it with a sponge dauber and Wild Wasabi ink. I wrapped around the bottom. I then took the stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set; inked in Melon Mambo and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I punched it out with the Curly Label Punch only using half of the punch. I then slid it in under the ribbon. To finish off the front I added Jewels Basic Rhinestones.
