My base is Marina Mist card stock. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock and snailed it to the Marina Mist.  I cut a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock, I ran it through the Big Shot with Perfect Details Texturz Plate. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock, on the bottom I used the Mat Pack and Paper Piercing Tool and punched a row of holes. I cut a piece of Cherry Cobbler card stock and punched it out with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch. I placed a piece of 1/4 Marina Mist Grosgrain Ribbon across the top of the Whisper White card stock. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the Cherry Cobbler card stock and attached to the Whisper White card stock.

I cut a piece of Marina Mist and Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Service and Sacrifice Stamp Set, inked in Cherry Cobbler and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set; inked in Marina Mist and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I punched it out with the Curly Label Punch. I then snailed all 3 pieces together and placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back and attached to the center of the card to finish it off I added Jewels Basic Rhinestones.
