If you have been following the tour in order you just came from Holly's Blog Inkpaperstamps were she featured the new punches. Didn't she do an awesome job! If your just starting here just follow the links around. I am stop #2 on the tour and the stamp I am featuring is Hello Blossoms. This is a fun little stamp to play with!!

1st Project is a Card~

My base is Old Olive card stock. I used the Big Shot and the Scallop Square Die to make this card. I cut a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock. I cut two different patterns of Play Date DSP and snailed them to the Chocolate Chip card stock. I wrapped a piece of 5/8 Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon around the center of the DSP. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back and attached to the center of the Old Olive card. I cut a piece of Chocolate Chip and Whisper White card stock. Using the Stampin' Write Markers I colored the Hello Blossoms Stamp and then stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I snailed the Whisper White card to the Chocolate Chip card stock. I then placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back and attached to the center of the card. I took the 1 3/8 x 5/8 Oval Large Punch, punched out a piece of Old Olive card stock and attached behind the Chocolate Chip card stock; I placed a Brights Designer Button over lapping part of the Old Olive punched oval. I made a bow out of the Bakers Twine Whisper White and attached to the Designer Button.

Directions~

1.  Cut 1 piece of Crumb Cake card stock 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". Score 1/2" in on all four sides. Cut tabs on scored lines in each corner. I took the Bella Toile Background Stamp; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped onto the Crumb Cake card stock. I took the 1/2" Circle Small Punch and punched half ways down on the front of the holder. I then applied Sticky Strip to the tabs and assembled the box together.

2. Cut 1 piece of Old Olive card stock 1 1/4" x 8 1/2" score at 2 1/2", 3", 6 1/4", 6 1/2".

3. Cut 1 piece of First Edition DSP 1/2" x 8 1/2". Punch one side with the Scallop Trim Border Punch. Snail the DSP to the Old Olive card stock from Step 2. Then wrap around the top of the Crumb Cake card stock from Step 1.

To decorate mine I cut a piece of 1 1/4" Stripped Grosgrain Ribbon in half I wrapped it around the belly band. I took the stamp from Lovely Letters Alphabet Stamp Set; inked in Old Olive and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the 1" Medium Circle Punch. I placed a Stampin' Dimensional on the back and attached to the belly band. I took some 3/8 Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon ran it through a piece of Hodgepodge Styled Silver Hardware and wrapped around the belly band. I made a bow out of Natural Hemp Twine and attached it to the front of a Subtles Designer Button. I then placed it to the right of the Hodgepodge Hardware.

I cut a piece of Patterns DSP Subtles , I wrapped it around the bucket and secured it with Sticky Strip. I took the bunny from Forest Friends Stamp Set; inked in Soft Suede and stamped it onto Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the 1 1/4 Circle Large Punch. I punched a piece of Soft Suede card stock with the 1 3/4 Scallop Circle Punch.I punched holes in each scallop using the Mat Pack and Paper-Piercing Tool. I snailed the 3 pieces together and attached to the center of the DSP with a Stampin' Dimensional. I then added Jewels Basic Pearls to the left of the bunny. My bucket had holes at the top already so I ran a piece of 1/2 Blushing Bride Stitched Ribbon through and tied a bow. At the top I created a tag. The base is Not Quite Navy card stock. Next is a piece of Always Artichoke card stock. I took the stamp from Elements of Style Stamp Set; inked in Always Artichoke and stamped randomly all over the card stock. I cut 2 different patterns of Springtime DSP. I took the stamp from Elements of Style Stamp Set; inked in Always Artichoke and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out using the Decorative Label Punch. I snailed it to the right of the page and then placed the Springtime Vintage DSP over the top of it. I wrapped a piece of 1/2 Baja Breeze Seam Binding around the seam of the DSP.

I mounted the photos onto Not Quite Navy card stock and snailed them to the layout. I cut a piece of Not Quite Navy and Very Vanilla card stock. I took the stamp from Elements of Style Stamp Set; inked in Always Artichoke and stamp on the bottom right hand corner. Using the Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Marker I did my journaling.

Tip~ If you don't want your journaling to over power the page consider using a marker that matches your colors of card stock.

To complete the page I added Jewels Basic Pearls on the left side of the top picture and on the right side of the journaling block. I added three Vanilla Rosettes above the label in a group of three. I then made a bow from the 1/2 Baja Breeze Seam Binding and added an Antique Brad to the center of the bow. I then attached to the strip of 1/2 Baja Breeze Seam Binding.
