Color Round Up #25 using Crazy for Cupcakes

Morning everyone!

Every Wednesday I will be posting a new Color Round Up Color Challenge!!! All color challenges will be based on Stampin' Up! color families. I am a Stampin' Up! Demo so all my samples will only use SU product.

To take part in the Color Round Up Color Challenge CRU #25~

1. Create a project (card, scrapbook page, 3D item or MDS item) using these colors or similar shades only on your project. You may use white or vanilla with this color challenge. I can't wait to see what you make!!!

2. Post it to your blog or other public gallery (Stampin' Addicts, Splitcoast and etc.) using the key words Color Round Up #25 or CRU #25 and make sure to include a link back here to the challenge.

3. Enter your name and direct link to your project in Mr. Linky box below!

The deadline is March 15th so you have until March 15th midnight central time to enter your project!! Join me for Color Round Up Color Challenge #25!! This color challenge for me was a challenge!! lol I don't tend to use bright colors, but I am so ready for summer to be here!! Ironic part is it is snowing here right now! lol

My base is Pacific Point. I cut a piece of Melon Mambo and Peach Parfait card stock. I used the Scallop Edge Border Punch on the bottom of the Peach Parfait card stock. I then took the Mat Pack and Paper Piercing Tool and punched holes in each scallop. I took the stamp from Crazy for Cupcakes Stamp Set; inked in Pacific point and stamped onto the Peach Parfait card stock. I cut a piece of the DSP from the Ice Cream Parlor Pack (Sale-a-bration free item) and snailed it to the Peach Parfait card stock. I then wrapped 5/8 Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon above the DSP.

I cut a piece of Melon Mambo and Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Crazy for Cupcakes Stamp Set; inked in Black Stazon and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I then colored the image in using a Blender Pen and the following ink colors Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, and Peach Parfait. I took the 2-way Glue Pen and added glue to the image then poured Dazzling Diamonds all over the image. I snailed it to the Melon Mambo card stock, on the back I added Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up off the card front. I then added a button from Ice Cream Parlor Ribbon and Button Pack (Sale-a-bration free item). I placed a Jewels Basic Rhinestone in the center.
