Directions~

1. Cut 1 piece of Crumb Cake card stock  4" x 4 1/2". Score at 2", and 2 1/2" turn and score 1/2" in on two of the sides. This will be the little box that you wrap the 2 Top Note Dies around.

2.Die cut out 2 Top Notes in Crumb Cake using the Big Shot and Top Note Die. Score 1/2" on one end of both Top Notes. I then ran the die cut Notes through the Big Shot with the Backgrounds 1 Texturze Plate. Then fold on scored lines and attach to the bottom of the box.

3. Cut 1 piece of Patterns DSP Subtles 3/4" x 4". Snail to the top note die cut and trim the edges flush.

To decorate I did the following~

I took the stamp from Valentine Defined Stamp Set; inked in Pretty in Pink and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the 1 3/8 Circle Punch, I then snailed it to a piece of Early Espresso card stock that I punched out with the Scallop Circle Punch. I took the Mat Pack and Paper-Piercing Tool and punched a hole in each scallop. I placed a Stampin' Dimensional on the back and placed it on the right side of the DSP. I then placed a Jewels Basic Rhinestone on the rights side of the birds. I took the stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set; inked in Early Espresso and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the Word Window Punch and slid it in under the DSP on the left side.

At the top I took the 1 3/8 x 5/8 Oval Punch and punched a handle through the two top notes at the top. I made a bow from 1/8 Early Espresso Taffeta and attached it at the top. In the center I placed a Designer Button Subtles in the center.
