Directions~

1. Cut 4 piece of Early Espresso card stock 4" x 4", round all corners. Tape a peice to each side of the coasters. I sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink.

2. Cut 3 pieces of Early Espresso card stock 7" x 7". Score each piece at 3 1/2" top to bottom, score 3 1/2" from side to side, you now should have 4 squares on each 7" square. Score once diagonally from corner to corner. Fold on Scored lines and attache with sticky strip to the coasters. Note~ refer to 2nd picture for folding.

Decorating the cover~

3. Cut 1 piece of More Mustard card stock 3 3/4" x 3 3/4". Sponge the edges with More Mustard ink. I placed Stampin Dimensionals on the back and attached to the front of the coaster. Note~ before attaching to the cover lay your ribbon down that you will use to tie your book closed.

4. Cut 1 piece of Sahara Sand card stock 3 1/2" x 3 1/2". Using he Sanded Background Stamp I inked it in Sahara Sand and stamped onto the piece of card stock. Then using the dog bone and paw stamp I stamped randomly in Baja Breeze and More Mustard. I sponged the edges with Early Espresso ink. I placed 2 Pewter Jumbo Eyelets off to the left.

5. Cut 1 piece of Baja Breeze card stock 1 3/4" x 3 1/2". I ran it through the Big Shot using the Texturz Plates Background 1 with the diamond pattern. Using the Scallop Edge Border Punch I punch out the bottom. I took the Early Espresso marker and made little circles in each scallop. I sponged the edges with Baja Breeze ink. I took some Natural Hemp twin, wrapped around twice and tied a knot. I also placed Stampin Dimensionals on the back of this.

6. Cut 1 piece of Early Espresso card stock 2" x  2 1/4"

7. Cut 1 piece of Sahara Sand card stock 1 3/4" x 2". I stamped the dog in Early Espresso ink and sponged the edges with Sahara Sand ink. I then snailed it to the step above and placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back. To finish it off I stamped one of the dog bones in More Mustard on Sahara Sand card stock, cut it out and popped it up with a Stampin' Dimensional.
