1/8 Daffodil Delight Taffeta Ribbon item #119254
Scallop Edge Border Punch item #119860
1 3/8 Circle Punch item #119860
1 1/4 Circle Punch item # 119861
3/4 Circle Punch item #119873
Vintage Brads item #109109

Sponge Daubers item #102892

If you would like to purchase the supplies I used to make this project or place an order HERE, email or call me too!! Just click on the Shop Now button when on my Stampin' Up! Website

Directions~

1. Cut 1 piece of Crumb Cake card stock 3 1/4" x 6". On the 6" length score it at 2" this will form a pocket when you fold on the scored line. I used the stamp from the Charming Set inked it in Crumb Cake and stamped around the edges. I then sponged Crumb Cake ink around the edges.

2. Cut 1 piece of Basic Black card stock 1 3/4" x 3".

3. Cut 1 piece of DSP Newsprint 1 1/2" x 2 3/4". I took the stamps again and stamped in Crumb Cake and the butterfly in Daffodil Delight. Using a Sponge Dauber I sponged the edges with Crumb Cake. I then wrapped 1 /8 Daffodil Delight taffeta ribbon around the bottom. In the upper left hand corner I added 2 Vintage Brads. I then snailed it to the front of the pocket.

4. Cut 2 pieces of Daffodil Delight card stock 1 1/4" x 3 1/4". Use the Scallop Edge Punch and punch one side on both pieces. Using the Mat Pack and Paper-Piercing Tool I punched holes in each scallop. I then sponged Daffodil Delight ink around the edges. I attached one border to the top and the other to the top of the pocket. I then snailed the two sides shut. To finish it off I stamped the imagae in Basic Black on Very Vanilla card stock and punched it out with the 1 1/4" Circle Punch. I stamped the image again in Daffodil Delight on Very Vanilla card stock and punched it out with the 3/4 Circle Punch. Both pieces I sponged Crumb Cake ink around the edges. I then punched out a piece of Daffodil Delight with the 1 3/8" Circle Punch. I added dimensionals between them and then placed a Vintage Brad in the center.

6. For the inside inserts I cut 10 out of Very Vanilla card stock 3 3/4" x 3 3/4". I then used the Crop a dile and punched 3 holes through all the layers and tied 1/8 Very Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon through. I cut the edges and frayed the ribbon.

7. Punch out 3 tabs in Riding Hood Red using the Round Tab Punch. Using the Espresso Marker I wrote Family, Friends and Misc. on the tabs.

Mega RBH Banner

Welcome to Stampin' Addicts Last Chance Blog Hop!!! Each Blog will be featuring one of the retiring stamp sets, that will soon be retired. There are 27 amazing stops on this tour! The Blog tour starts at noon EST today and goes through Sunday June 13th!

If you have been following the tour in order you just came from Heather's Blog Candle With Two Ends were she featured Enjoy Every Moment didn't she do an awesome job! If your just starting here at my blog just follow around from here. I am stop #10 on the tour. The set I am featuring is Hoppy For You!! This set is adorable and is a must have!

1st project is a Card~

My base is Chocolate Chip card stock. Next is a piece of Garden Green card stock. Using the Big Shot and the Texture Plates Kit #4 I used the plate that looks like tree bark and ran the Garden Green card stock through. I then sponged the edges with Garden Green ink. I cut a piece of Brilliant Blue card stock, stamped the little fly randomly all over in Brilliant Blue ink. Then using the White Gel Pen I made little dashes all around. I cut a strip of Chocolate Chip card stock and on top I placed a piece of Old Olive Patterns DSP, which I used the Scallop Edge Punch on the bottom off. I took some 5/8 Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon and wrapped around in the center. I added some Natural Hemp Twine on top of that.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock, stamped my images in Black Stazon ink and Old Olive ink. I colored the lily pad in with Earth Element Watercolor Wonder Crayons using a Blender Pen. Using the Color Spritzer Tool and Brilliant Blue Marker I spritzed the blue all over the Whisper White card stock. I sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip ink. I then placed a piece of Garden Green card stock behind it and popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals. At the top I stamped the saying in Brilliant Blue on Whisper White card stock and punched it out with the Small Oval Punch. I sponged the edges with Old Olive ink and placed a Stampin' Dimensional behind it. On the bottom right hand corner I added a bow made out of 1/4 Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon and Natural Hemp Twine. To finish it off I placed a 5/8 Neutral Jumbo Brad to the right at the top.

My base is Chocolate Chip card stock, then a piece of Brilliant Blue card stock. I stamped the little flies in Brilliant Blue ink randomly all over. I then took the Color Spritzer Tool and Brilliant Blue marker and spritzed all over the card stock. Using the Big Shot and Go Go Boots Sizzlits Alpha I die cut my page title out in Garden Green card stock. I then cut out a piece of Old Olive card stock with the Scallop Circle #2 die, I ran that through the Big Shot along with the Texture Plates Kit #4. I sponged the edges with Old Olive ink. In the center of the page I added a strip of Chocolate Chip card stock, then a piece of the Old Olive Patterns DSP. On the bottom the DSP I punched it out with the Scallop Edge Punch. I added a strip of Brilliant Blue card stock then the 5/8 Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon. On top of that I ran some Natural Hemp Twine. I then placed my pictures over the strip, which our mounted on Garden Green card stock. To finish it off I added little dashes at the top with the White Gel Pen and then 3 frogs stamped in Garden Green ink that I cut out and added Stampin' Dimensionals to the back. On the right and left I add 5/8 Neutral Jumbo Brads. On the bottom left hand corner I stamped the lily pad in Black Stazon ink on Whisper White card stock, I colored it in with the Earth Elements Watercolor Wonder Crayons and then cut it out. Placed a Stampin' Dimensional behind that and added in my journaling.

Using the Big Shot and the Scallop Circle #2 die I cut out a piece in Garden Green card stock. I then ran it through the Big Shot again only this time using the Texture Plates Kit #4, again picking the one that looks like bark. I sponged the edges with Garden Green ink. I then used the Big Shot and Flower, Daisies #2 and cut out flowers in Whisper White card stock. In the center I added a 5/8 Neutral Jumbo Brad. Off to the side I added two little loops of Natural Hemp Twine. I then stamped the log in Chocolate Chip ink onto Whisper White card stock, I stamped two frogs in Old Olive on Whisper White card stock and cut them out. I placed a piece of card stock behind them to stand them up. Last I stamped the say so hoppy for you in Brilliant Blue ink on Whisper White card stock. Monday's 3D Challenge Nail File Holder using Bella Toile

Morning everyone!

I haven't been posting lately sorry I haven't had much time to stamp. It's that time of the year when it's really busy for me. Lots of farm work, yard work and cleaning jobs. I am sure you all have heard about the color renovation with Stampin' Up! I had to redo my entire craft room over and that took me a week! I felt like I was moving. lol

Anyhow here is the 3D challenge
I posted over on Stampin' Addicts website! If you never been check it out, it is geared towards Stampin' Up! if your a demo be sure to sign up for the demo forums and then give a shout out to me catrules!!

Today's challenge is to make this Nail File Holder. I've been wanting to make these for over 2 years now! lol I got one at convention and never got around to making my own! Below is the list that I used to create this now there are some item's that our a sneak peek from the upcoming catalog so they are not available to order yet~

Bella Toile Stamp Set item #111598
1/2 Circle Punch item #104390
Vintage Brads item #109109
Hemp Twine Natural item #100982
Designer Buttons Latte item #114333
Cutter Kit item #106958
1/8 Taffeta Ribbon Very Vanilla

DSP Newsprint

If you would like to purchase the supplies I used to make this project or place an order HERE, email or call me too!! Just click on the Shop Now button when on my Stampin' Up! Website

Directions~

1. Cut one piece of DSP 3" x 5". Then score 1" in on 3" length on both sides. On the 5" length score a 1/4" in. This will be your bottom. Fold on all scored lines and snail together. Mine was made out of the upcoming new DSP Newsprint. I took the Bella Toile stamp inked in Crumb Cake ink and stamped directly onto the DSP. I then applied ink around the edges it give it a more vintage feel.

2. The end that is open which is your top, slide the 1/2 Circle punch half ways in and punch out a piece.

3. Cut a piece of card stock 1" x 3". Mine is Crumb Cake card stock. I took the Bella Toile stamp inked in Crumb Cake and stamped onto the card stock. Using the Cutter Kit I roughed up the edges and then applied ink onto the card stock edges. Then I wrapped it around in the center and snailed it together. I took some Natural Hemp Twine wrapped that around twice and tied a bow. In the center I added a Designer Button Latte with a piece of 1/8 Very Vanilla Taffeta ribbon tied through it. To finish it off at the bottom I placed two vintage brads.
