Retired Stamps Sets For SALE

Morning everyone!

Years ago I got hooked on stamping because I love to Scrapbook, so my grandma came to me one day with a box full of pictures. Little did I know inside what she had, she opened the lid and had all of these old pictures clear back to the tin types and 1800's of my ancestors! This was like gold to me! I am a huge, huge history buff. This began my journey of researching my family history. My grandma asked me to make Heritage albums for My Uncle, Mom, one cousin, and her. Little did I know how long this would really take me. Two years ago I completed one album up to where my great grand parents got married on just one side of one ancestor. Unfortunately my grandma passed away before I got the first album completed.

Since my dad has taken ill and my hubby had his second knee surgery in Oct. seems like I never have time to do anything. lol So yesterday I decided to take the day and work on this major project some more of course after I got some other stuff done. So I didn't get any stamping in. It was worth it I found another chunk of ancestors so I can start scrapbooking the next set of pictures!

So today I am posting my list of retired stamps that I have for sale! If you need a picture of a set or have a question please email me. My email is [email protected]

Shipping and the pay pal fee is not included in the prices. I only ship Flat Rate Priority. I will put as many as I can in a box. Please email me for total on stamps, shipping cost and pay pal fee.
I only accept Pay Pal or Money Orders (if sending a money order I will not ship until I have received the Money Order)

Come from a smoke free home!!

Please email or leave a comment here if your interested in anything! Thanks for looking!

Mother's Day Share using Fresh Cuts

Morning and welcome to my blog!

I managed to squeeze in this card yesterday. I got called back for jury duty again. :) Last time I was released because I was hostile. My uncle used to be a cop here, he is now retired so of course I know a lot of the police force here. If you have never been on jury duty it is interesting but the some of the questions they ask you wow! Of course I knew the arresting officer and all the sudden his integrity as a cop was on trial. It didn't sit well, finally I responded this officer was an honest man, looked up to in this community and he is a straight shooter meaning won't give you any bull and if he comes knocking on your door there is a reason why. :) So I was let go last time. This time I was not picked, but I had to wait until the jury selection was over. So hopefully I am done with that now! lol

The card I created uses the following supplies~

Fresh Cuts Stamp Set item #111634
Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set item #115370
En Francis Background Stamp item #109521
Scallop Oval Punch item #114889

Large Oval Punch item #107305
Eyelet Border Punch item #113692
Rich Regal Brads item #106953
5/8 Old Olive Satin Ribbon item #117292
Sponge Daubers item #102892
Mat Pack item #105826
Paper Piercing-Tool item #116631
Stampin' Dimensionals item #104430

My base is Melon Mambo. I cut a piece of Old Olive card stock and used the Eyelet Border Punch on the bottom. Then I cut a piece of So Saffron card stock, I took the En Francis Background stamp; inked in So Saffron and stamped onto the card stock. I sponged the edges with So Saffron ink. I cut a piece of Melon Mambo next and then a piece of Very Vanilla. I took the stamp from Fresh Cuts I inked it with So Saffron, Melon Mambo and Old Olive and then stamped on the Very Vanilla card stock. I sponged the edges with So Saffron ink. I took 5/8 Old Olive Satin ribbon and wrapped it around some of the layers and tied a knot at the top.

I took the Happy Mother's Day from Teeny Tiny Wishes inked it in Melon Mambo; stamped it on Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the Large Oval Punch, and sponged it with So Saffron. I punched out a piece of Old Olive with the Scallop Oval Punch to go behind it. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals behind it.

I took the little flower from the Fresh Cuts set, inked them in Old Olive and stamped on Very Vanilla card stock. I then cut them out;using the Mat Pack and Paper Piercing-Tool I placed 2 So Saffron brads in the center of them. I placed Stampin' Dimensionals behind them and placed in the bottom right hand corner. Don't you just love these colors together!!!

Card using Petal Pizzazz

Howdy all! I want to thank everyone for all the nice comments that you have left here on my blog or emailed me. Thank you!! The last few days I've had a few people wonder about the colors I used for Monday's 3D challenge and how did I come up with them. So I'll let you in on my secret for this one....I reorganized my card stock for the new color families that Stampin' Up! announced and they put these colors together in one group. Wow defiantly some stunning combos that I never would have thought of! So once again Stampin' Up! took the guess work out of it for me!! :)

Today's share is based off of Monday's 3D Challenge. I took some of the same supplies and made a card. It is supper easy to take a 3D item and used it for inspiration for a card or scrapbook page. I promise one of these days I will share a scrapbook page!! lol My card used the following~

Petal Pizzazz Stamp Set item #113417
On Your Birthday Stamp Set item #111664
Designer Buttons Playground item #116313
Scallop Oval Punch item #114899
Large Oval Punch item #107305
5/8 Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon item #109054
Stampin' Dimensionals item #104430
Sponge Daubers item #102892

If you would like to purchase the supplies I used to make this project or place an order HERE, email or call me too!! Just click on the Shop Now button when on my Stampin' Up! Website

The base is Rich Razzleberry, then Tempting Turquoise which I sponged with Tempting Turquoise. I took some 5/8 Old Olive Grosgrain ribbon and wrapped around the center of the Tempting Turquoise. Next I cut a piece of Old Olive card stock and sponged Old Olive ink around the edges. I cut a piece of Whisper White and using the flowers from Petal Pizzazz I stamped them in Tempting Turquoise and Old Olive. I sponged Rich Razzleberry ink around the edges.

I stamped the big flower in Rich Razzleberry ink onto Whisper White card stock and cut it out. I stamped the leaves in Old Olive ink onto the Whisper White card stock and cut them out. Popped them up on Stampin' Dimensionals and then added a button from the Playground Designer Buttons to the center.

I took the birthday saying from On Your Birthday; stamped it in Tempting Turquoise onto Whisper White card stock. I punched it out using the Large Oval Punch. I punched out a piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock using the Scallop Oval Punch; I placed this behind the saying added Stampin' Dimensionals to the back. I really like these colors together!! If you haven't tried this color combo yet you gotta try it!!

Yesterday was the Basketball Tournament and we now have 2 very energetic boys that are hard for there mama to keep track of when she is so busy with the tournament stuff so this year, we decided I would stay home and watch them. They now will be called color collections in the next catty in July. They also will be bringing back some of the incolors and 5 new colors!! It's exciting and sad some of the colors going are my favorite colors but I look forward the new ones too!! So below is the colors that are being retired!! There are only a few months left to stock up on card stock, ink pads, ink refill and etc. Get them while you can! You can click on the image below and it will open in another window and be bigger so you can view it better!

I'm sorry I haven't had anything to share the last few days. I've been so busy getting ready for the family I haven't had time to stamp! Don't worry I will be back posting on Monday again!

I know I will not get to my computer tomorrow at all so I wanted to post this morning and wish everyone a Happy Easter, and safe travels!!

Easter Blessings,

Holly
