This is a picture of my cousin and her husband. I really wanted the page to have shimmer to it to match her head piece!!

My base is a piece of Basic Black 12 x12. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock to fit the Basic Black. I took the stamp from Always Stamp Set; inked in Basic Black and stamped around the sides and across the top. I took the stamp from Always Stamp Set; inked in Basic Gray and stamped the saying in the bottom right hand corner. I took the 2-Way Glue Pen added glue to the images and then poured Dazzling Diamonds over the glue. I sponged the edges of the Whisper White card stock with Shimmer Paint Platinum.

Tip~ Creating a wedding or prom page consider adding glitter, shimmer paint or smooch spritz to the card stock to make it more shimmery.

I cut a piece of Presto Patterns DSP, using the Brayer I brayed Basic Black ink over it. I love this DSP!!! It is a lot of fun to work with and adds so much to your project!!!

Tip~ When braying with Basic Black ink it may take many covers to achieve how dark you want it. With the Presto Patterns DSP it will take many coats of ink to get the image to pop.

I cut some Brushed Silver card stock. I ran it through the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. I then rounded the bottom corner on each side with the 3/16 Small Corner Punch.  I then wrapped a piece of 5/8 Organza Whisper White Ribbon above the top of the Brushed Silver card stock. I cut a piece of Basic Black card stock to go behind the photo. I then glued it to the center of the page. My photo was a Black and White one already.

Tip~ For an elegant looking page consider printing one or more photos out in Black and White.

I took some Jewels Basic Rhinestones and created a pattern with them in the upper right hand corner. I took the stamp "everything" from Always Stamp Set; inked in Basic Black and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I rounded just the two corners with the 3/16 Corner Small Punch. I then sponged some Shimmer Paint Platinum to the tag and placed it on the left side of the picture. I folded a piece of 5/8 Organza Whisper White Ribbon and attached it behind the page. I then added some Jewels Basic Rhinestones to ribbon and tag. I took the "bird" stamp from Always Stamp Set; inked in Basic Black and stamped onto a piece of Whisper White card stock. I cut the bird image out and then I added some Dazzling Diamonds to the image with the 2-way glue pen. I also added some Jewels Basic Rhinestones to the bird and popped it up on a Stampin' Dimensional. I then added a bow on the right side made from 5/8 Organza Whisper White Ribbon. Then last I did my journaling onto a piece of White Vellum Paper.

Tip~ To create your own swirls with the Jewels Basic Rhinestones, draw your design onto a piece of Vellum Paper then place on your project and lightly pierce tiny holes through the Vellum Paper with the Paper-Piercing Tool. Then cover the holes with Jewels Basic Rhinestones.

Supplies Used~

Stamp~Always
Ink~ Basic Black
Paper~ Basic Black, Whisper White, Brushed Silver, Presto Patterns DSP, White Vellum Paper
Acc. ~ Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, Brayer, Shimmer Paint Platinum, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, 2-Way Glue Pen, 3 1/16 Corner Small Punch, 5/8 Organza Whisper White Ribbon, Jewels Basic Rhinestones, Stampin' Dimensionals, Glue Dots

My base is Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of Pear Pizzazz card stock; I stamped the Pretty Petals Background Stamp in Pear Pizzazz ink onto the card stock. I sponged the edges with Pear Pizzazz ink. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock, on top of that is a piece of DSP In Color Pack (Hostess Level 1) I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch on the bottom. I took 1/4 Daffodil Delight Grosgrain Ribbon and ran across the top.

I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock. On top of that is a piece of Whisper White card stock. Using the Many Marvelous Markers and New Color Kit Markers I colored in the image from the Upsy Daisy Stamp Set. I stamped directly onto the Whisper White card stock. I took the Cutter Kit and roughed up the edges. I sponged Daffodil Delight ink around the edges.

I took the saying "For the Newlyweds" from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set inked in Crumb Cake ink, stamped onto Whisper White card stock and punched it out with the  Word Window Large Punch. I mounted it onto a piece of Daffodil Delight card stock that I punched out with the 1 3/8 x 5/8 Oval Large Punch. I placed a Stampin' Dimensional behind it. I then added Jewels Basic Pearls to it. At the top on the left hand side I added more Jewels Basic Pearls to finish off the card.

Wedding Invitations using Friends 24-7

Morning stampers!

Thank goodness it is Friday!! It has been one long week! My parents have a farm and we have started calving early, of course when the weather gets cold too! lol So I am glad it is Friday no work anywhere but the farm! lol

It is time to announce the Wed. winner for my blog candy I posted!! The winner is Bea Lincoln!! Congratulations!! Bea has won the little western gift bag and 3x3 note card I made and shared with you all on Wed.!! I will be emailing you Bea!

Today's share is a swap that I was in. I joined a wedding swap to get some ideas to share with my customers! I've made a lot of wedding invitations over the years so I like to have other samples not made by me on hand to give my customers a variety of ideas.

I take custom orders for wedding invites, birthday, baptism, baby shower and etc. Contact me for pricing and placing orders!

I made this with one of my favorite Sets Friends 24-7 item# 113218, En Francis Background item# 109521 and Lovely Letters Alphabet item# 115030. I used Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive and Very Vanilla card stock for the colors. I used Old Olive Satin Ribbon to tie around it to hold it closed. I made the letter medallion with the Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch and 1 1/4" circle Punch.

This is the outside view of the invite.

On the left is the invitation, which the base is Elegant Eggplant. Next Very Vanilla were I stamped the image from Friends 24-7 in Old Olive ink. Then I printed the announcement on vellum and finished it with 5/8 Old Olive Satin Ribbon. Then included is Save the Date Card and the RSVP.

Like what you see and wanted other stuff added I can do that too!!! No order too big or small I have done 500 invites for one wedding and 20 for another! I have 10 years experience making invites!! Contact me to order your invites!!
