Postage Due 4 x 4 Card

Morning!

I hope you all had a great weekend!! We ended up having another really busy weekend here so I didn't get any stamping time in. Something is wrong with that picture!!! lol I have new stuff just begging to be inked up!! Today I have another card I created and never shared with you all. It uses the Postage Due Stamp Set. I LOVE this stamp set so much but of course why would I not it's vintage just what I love!! lol

My base is Very Vanilla card stock. I cut a piece of Island Indigo card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Argyle Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Crumb Cake and stamped onto the Crumb Cake card stock. I distressed the edge of the Crumb Cake card stock using my bone folder. I glue the Crumb Cake card stock to the center of the Island Indigo card stock. I cut 3 different patterns of Fan Fair Designer Series Paper. I attached the Fan Fair Designer Series Paper to the left side of the Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim and wrapped that around the bottom of the layers of card stock. I set a Metallic Brad on the left side through the 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim. I then glue all the layers of card stock to the front of the Very Vanilla card. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Island Indigo and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I then punched it out with the Postage Stamp Punch. I attached the image with a Stampin' Dimensional and then added some Pearls to the front of my card all over.

Happy Labor Day!!! Postage Due Card Share

Morning everyone!

I hope you all are enjoying the 3 day weekend! On Friday we had to make a trip out of town to get my cruise control fixed. My cruise control got stuck back when I lost my transmission it was  a pretty scary experience and turned out a month later there was a recall on it. Then on saturday had a family emergency so we ended up not getting home until late that night. Yesterday dh and I didn't do a hole lot we were both shot from the week and weekend so we got a day to rest. lol

Today I am sharing another card I created to play along with a color challenge in my Fresh Cuts On-line Class. It uses the stamp set called Postage Due. I love this set a lot.

My base is Marina Mist card stock. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. I then used the Brayer; inked in Crumb Cake and rolled it across the Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of First Edition Designer Series Paper and glued it to the left side of the Crumb Cake card stock. I cut a piece of Pretty in Pink card stock ran it through the Big Shot with the Delicate Designer Folders. I then glued it to over lap the Frist Edition Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Very Vanilla card stock; sponged the edges with Crumb Cake. I cut a piece of Natural Composition Specialty Paper and glued it to the Very Vanilla card stock. I cut another piece of  Very Vanilla card stock. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Marina Mist and stamped onto the Very Vanilla card stock. I sponged the edges with Crumb Cake ink. I then glued it to the layers of paper. I cut a piece of 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim and wrapped it around the card stock. I glued the layers of card stock to the front of the Marina Mist card. I cut another piece of 5/8 Victoria Crochet Trim and made a loop. I attached to the other piece of ribbon. I then took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Pretty in Pink and stamped it onto Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the Postage Stamp Punch and attached to the front of the card with a Stampin' Dimensional. I then added some Jewels Basic Pearls to finish it off.

I cut a piece of Pretty in Pink card stock ran it through the Big Shot with the Delicate Designer Folders. I cut a piece of First Edition Designer Series Paper and glued it to the Pretty in Pink card stock. I cut a piece of Natural Composition Specialty Paper and glued it over lapping the Pretty in Pink card stock and First Edition Designer Series Paper.

Postage Due Card Share

Morning everyone!

Sorry I didn't post for the last two days for some reason I was having trouble posting to my blog. That is so weird no clue why either. Anyways my blog is working now! Today's share is card that did double duty. I created this card for a swap and used it for a color challenge in my Fresh Cut On-line Class. It uses the stamp set called Postage Due and I LOVE this set!! It is a real fun set and was one of the sets I featured in my Fresh Cuts On-line Class.

My base is Island Indigo card stock. I then cut a piece of Crumb Cake and More Mustard card stock. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in More Mustard and stamped in the upper right hand corner. I glued the two pieces together. Using the Big Shot and Delicate Doilies Sizzlit I die cut out a piece of Island Indigo card stock. I then glued that towards the right side of the More Mustard card stock. I cut two different patterns of Fan Fair Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Riding Hood Red card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Finishing Touches Edgelits. I glued the Riding Hood Red die cut card stock to one of the pieces of Fan Fair Designer Series Paper. I glued the Fan Fair Designer Series Paper to the layers of card stock. I then wrapped a piece of Crumb Cake 1/2 Seam Binding around the card stock. I then glued the Crumb Cake card stock to the front of the Island Indigo card. I took the stamps from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked them in Crumb Cake, Riding Hood Red, and Island Indigo onto the Very Vanilla card stock. I punched out each image with the Postage Stamp Punch. I attached them to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then added some Jewels Basic Pearls to the card front.

I cut a piece of Crumb Cake, More Mustard and Very Vanilla card stock. I took the stamp from Postage Due Stamp Set; inked in Island Indigo and stamped on the left side of the Very Vanilla card stock. I cut a piece of Fan Fair Designer Series Paper. I cut a piece of Riding Hood Red card stock. I an it through the Big Shot with the Finishing Touches Edgelits. I glued it to the Fan Fair Designer Series Paper and attached it across the bottom of the card stock. I cut a piece of 1/2 Crumb Cake Seam Binding and wrapped it around the layers of paper. I then glued all the layers to the inside of the card.

Stampin' Up! Retiring Accessory List!!!

I am sorry I didn't get the Color Round Up posted yesterday. My week has been a little CRAZY here and I haven't had time to make the color challenge. Look for it next week! My base is Soft Suede card stock. I too the En Francais Background Stamp; inked in Soft Suede and stamped it onto the Soft Suede card stock. I cut a piece of Baja Breeze card stock and ran it through the Big Shot with the Edgelits Dies Adorning Accents. I then cut two pieces of Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper in two different patterns. I wrapped a piece of 1/2 Baja Breeze Seam Binding around the center of the card stock then glued the entire piece to the front of the card. I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Rue Des Fleurs Stamp Set; inked in Soft Suede and stamped it onto the Whisper White card stock. I used the Decorative Label Punch to punch a piece of Poppy Parade card stock out. I glued it to the back of the Whisper White card stock leaving a little showing. I attached the Whisper White card stock to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then added a bow made from 1/2 Baja Breeze Seam Binding. I placed a Hat pin through the bow then added some Jewels Basic Pearls to the card.

On the inside I cut a piece of Baja Breeze and Whisper White card stock. I cut 2 pieces of the Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper and glued them to the bottom of the Whisper White card stock.
