My base is Concord Crush, then a piece of Always Artichoke card stock. I cut a piece of Basic Gray card stock; ran it through the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. I cut a piece of In Color DSP (Level 1 Hostess item), on the bottom I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch. I then snailed it to the bottom of the Basic Gray card stock. I wrapped a piece of Crochet Trim 5/8 Victoria around the top of the In Color DSP. I snailed it to the Always Artichoke card stock. I then added Jewels Basic Pearls on the left hand side.

I took the image from Thoughts and Prayers Stamp Set; colored it with the Concord Crush, Basic Gray and Always Artichoke Stampin' Write Markers. I then stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I placed a piece of Always Artichoke card stock behind it. I then popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals. I took the saying from Thoughts and Prayers Stamp Set; inked in Concord Crush and stamped onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock. I punched it out with the 1 3/4 x 7/8 Oval Large Punch. For behind it I punched out a piece of Basic Gray card stock with the Scallop Oval Extra Large Punch. Underneath it I placed 3 Jewels Basic Pearls then popped the hole piece up with Stampin' Dimensionals.

In Memory

Its been a very long week here but I wanted to take a few minuets and post to my blog. A lot of people have been sending me cards, emails and phone calls and it has moved me greatly that in our time of need people that I don't know well have taken the time to express there sympathies to us. I wanted to share with you all a picture of my husbands Aunt. This death was very hard because she committed suicide. She went on a trip and did this so its been a nightmare trying to get her remains back here. Unfortunately her ashes will not be here in time for the funeral on Monday. She was an amazing person, sweet, kind, caring and loved all her nieces and nephews greatly. It was something completely out of character for her to do. We as a family will struggle to understand why this happened but we will remember her laughter, her smile and her love. We will never forget all the special moments that we got to share with her.

The funeral is Monday Aug. 3rd at the Calvary Lutheran Church. Visitation is 10am and the funereal is 11 am for those of you that have been asking. Thank you again for you thoughts and prayers. On behalf of me and Colleen's family.
