My base is Whisper White card stock. I cut a piece of Basic Gray and Old Olive card stock. I used the 3/16 Corner Punch on just two sides of the Old Olive card stock. I wrapped a piece of 1 1/4 Basic Gray Stripped Ribbon around the center of the Old Olive card stock. I cut a piece of More Mustard card stock and punched one side with the Scallop Edge Border Punch. I then took the Mat Pack and Paper-piercing Tool and punched a hole in each scallop.I cut a piece of Basic Gray and Whisper White card stock. I took the stamp from Always Thankful Stamp Set; inked in Black Stazon and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. I then colored in the image with the Many Marvelous Markers. I snailed the two piece together then placed Stampin' Dimensionals on the back and attached to the front of the card. I added some Jewels Basic Rhinestones to the Old Olive card stock.
