Scrapbook Saddle Up Friday; Mini Album Easter Blossoms
Happy Friday everyone!!
Every Friday I will be hosting the Scrapbook Saddle Up with y'all!! It will feature a scrapbook layout to a scrapbooking album ideas along with tips, techniques and etc!! I am excited to announce the Scrapbook Challenge is back over on Stampin' Addicts Site!!! Last Saturdays Challenge was to recreate this mini album that I made I used the following supplies to create this~
Easter Blossoms Clear Mount Stamp Set item #122057

1/2 Very Vanilla Seam Binding item #120999
Jewels Basic Pearls item #119247

Directions~
1. Cut 1 piece of Always Artichoke card stock 3" x 9" score it at 3" and 6".
2. Cut 4 Rose Red card stock 2 3/4" x 2 3/4". One will be for the cover the other 3 are for the inside.
3. Cut 4 Very Vanilla card stock 2 1/2" x 2 1/2". One will be for the cover the other 3 are for the inside.
4. Cut 2 Springtime Vintage DSP 3/4" x 2 1/2".
Creating the cover~
Take the stamp from Easter Blossoms Stamp Set; ink it in Always Artichoke and stamp around the edge of the Always Artichoke card stock. Take the stamp from Easter Blossoms Stamp Set; ink it in Rose Red and stamp onto a piece of the Very Vanilla card stock. Take the stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set; ink it in Always Artichoke and stamp onto the Very Vanilla card stock. Snail the Rose Red and Very Vanilla card stock together. Fold the album together and wrap a piece of 1/2 Very Vanilla Seam Binding around. Place Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the Rose Red card stock and attach to the cover of the Always Artichoke card stock. Place Jewels Basic Pearls on the stamped image.
Inside View~
Snail all 3 pieces of Rose Red card stock to each square of the Always Artichoke.
Top Square~ Punch 1 piece of Springtime Vintage DSP out with the Curly Label Punch and snail to the Rose Red card stock. Snail a piece of Very Vanilla card stock to the Rose Red card stock, then add 3 Jewels Basic Pearls on the left side of the Very Vanilla card stock.
Middle Square~ Take the stamp from Easter Blossoms Stamp Set; ink it in Rose Red and stamp on the left side of the Very Vanilla card stock. Then snail a piece of Springtime Vintage DSP on the left. Place 2 Jewels Basic Pearls in the upper right hand corner of the Very Vanilla card stock.
Bottom Square~ Snail the Very Vanilla card stock to the Rose Red card stock. Snail a piece of the Springtime Vintage DSP to the bottom of the Very Vanilla card stock leaving a little bit of the Very Vanilla card stock showing.
These are very easy and fun to make!! They work great for small gifts for anyone!

Paper~ Always Artichoke, Rose Red, Very Vanilla, Springtime Vintage DSP

Holly, this is too cute. I love mini albums. Is there a mini album swap at convention this year that you know of? Because I want in!
